Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一組の少なくとも1つの第1の板状構成要素及び少なくとも1つ の第2の板状構成要素からなる層状アセンブリを備える電気化学電池電極板構造 体であって、 各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素がそれぞれ、複数の同一或いは概 ね同一の開口部或いは流動空間を備える中央部と、前記中央部と一体をなし、完 全にその周囲を包囲し、さらに少なくとも1つの貫通孔と、前記貫通孔と前記中 央部との間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する複数のスロットとを 設けられた固体フレーム部とを備え、前記層状アセンブリにおける各組の前記第 1及び前記第2の板状構成要素の前記貫通孔が、前記アセンブリを通る少なくと も1つの連続流動コンジットを形成するように配列され、 前記層状アセンブリにおける各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素の前 記複数の開口部が、互いからオフセットされ、それにより前記組を通る複数の面 積が低減された、同一或いは概ね同一の開口部或いは流動空間を形成し、 前記アセンブリの各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素からなる前記断 続的な部分溝部が互いに連通し、前記貫通孔と前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成 要素の前記中央部の前記複数の面積低減開口部との間に流通状態を確立する連続 通路を形成することを特徴とする電気化学電池電極板構造体。 2.各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素の前記中央部の前記複数の同一 或いは概ね同一の開口部或いは流動空間が、菱形の開口部或いは流動空間である ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学電池電極板構造体。 3.各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素の各開口部或いは流動 空間が約0.05cm×0.10cm〜0.31cm×0.61cmの範囲の大 きさを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気化学電池電極板構造体。 4.前記電極板構造体が第1組及び第2組の板状構成要素を備え、前記第1の組 の前記板状構成要素の前記複数の菱形開口部がそれぞれ、前記第2の組の前記板 状構成要素の各菱形開口部より4倍大きい全体寸法を有することを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の電気化学電池電極板構造体。 5.各組の前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素がニオブ、チタン、ジルコニウ ム及びステンレス鋼からなる集合体から選択される材料から製造されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学電池電極板構造体。 6.板状構成要素及び電解質からなる層状アセンブリを備える少なくとも1つの 電池から構成される高圧電気化学電池装置であって、第1のタイプの前記板状構 成要素が少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列が欠如した封止表面を有し、第2 のタイプの前記板状構成要素が少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列を含む封止 表面を有し、前記電池が、前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素を備える少なく とも1つの積層化サブアセンブリを製造する過程と、その後前記板状構成要素の 最終的な層状アセンブリを製造する過程と、さらに前記最終的な層状アセンブリ 及び前記電解質を組み立て、少なくとも1つの電池を形成する過程とを有する方 法により製造されることを特徴とする高圧電気化学電池装置。 7.前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素が、請求項1の前記電気化学電池電極 板構造体の前記第1及び第2の板状構成要素からなることを特徴とする請求項6 に記載の高圧電気化学電池装置。 8.板状構成要素及び電解質からなる層状アセンブリを備える少なくとも1つの 電池から構成される高圧電気化学電池装置を製造するための方法であって、第1 のタイプの前記板状構成要素が少なくとも1つの断続 的なスロット列を欠如した封止表面を有し、前記方法が、前記第1のタイプの前 記板状構成要素を備える少なくとも1つの積層化サブアセンブリを製造する過程 と、その後前記板状構成要素の最終的な層状アセンブリを製造する過程と、さら に前記最終的な層状アセンブリ及び前記電解質を組み立て、少なくとも1つの電 池を形成する過程とを有することを特徴とする方法。 9.板状構成要素及び電解質膜からなる層状アセンブリを備える少なくとも1つ の電池から構成される高圧電気化学電池装置を製造するための方法であって、第 1のタイプの前記板状構成要素が少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列が欠如し た封止表面を有し、第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素が少なくとも1つの断続的 なスロット列を含む封止表面を有し、前記方法が、 前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素からなる前記封止表面を結合材料で塗着 し、少なくとも1つのサブアセンブリにそれを組み立てる過程と、 選択的に、少なくとも2つの前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素からなる前 記封止表面を結合材料で塗着し、少なくとも1つのサブアセンブリにそれを組み 立てる過程と、 圧力を前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面にのみ加え、前記サブアセンブリを個 別に積層する過程と、 前記層状サブアセンブリ及び前記第2のタイプの板状構成要素の前記封止表面 を前記結合材料で塗着し、前記塗着されたサブアセンブリ及び板状構成要素を最 終アセンブリに組み立てる過程と、 圧力を前記最終アセンブリの前記サブアセンブリ及び前記板状構成要素の前記 封止表面にのみ加え、前記最終アセンブリを積層する過程と、 前記積層化最終サブアセンブリを、約10〜約60MPaの範囲の圧 力により平板間で押圧する過程と、 前記電解質膜と、押圧及び積層された最終アセンブリとを組み立て、少なくと も1つの電池を形成する過程とを有することを特徴とする方法。 10.前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素がニオブ、チタン、ジルコニウム及 びステンレス鋼からなる集合体から選択される材料から製造されることを特徴と する請求項9に記載の方法。 11.前記結合材料が、フッ素ゴム、シリコーン及びエポキシからなる集合体か ら選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記結合材料がフッ素ゴム材料であり、脂肪族ケトン溶剤中に前記フッ素 ゴム材料を含む5:1の溶液を用いて、前記封止表面を塗着することを特徴とす る請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記サブアセンブリ及び前記最終アセンブリが、約80〜約90℃の範囲 の温度かつ約30〜約60MPaの範囲の圧力で積層されることを特徴とする請 求項12に記載の方法。
