Abstract
【解決手段】電極板構造体10は、その能動領域に渡ってより一様な開口部或いは流路を実現する穴あき板状構成要素からなる層状アセンブリを備える。層状アセンブリは、少なくとも1つの第1の板状構成要素及び少なくとも1つの第2の板状構成要素12,14を備え、そのアセンブリにおける各組の第1及び第2の板状構成要素12,14からなる複数の開口部が互いからオフセットされ、それにより前記組を通る複数の面積を低減した同一或いは概ね同一な開口部或いは流動空間を形成する。高圧電気化学電池装置は、穴あき板状構成要素及び最終的な電池組立中に用いられる高い圧縮力による典型的な材料の変形が生じない穴なし板状構成要素の両方から構成される。

Claims (6)
- 板状構成要素の層状アセンブリと電解質よりなる少なくとも1つの電池より構成される高圧電気化学電池装置を製造する方法であって、
前記板状構成要素が、
複数の開口部又は流動空間を有する中央部と、該中央部と一体をなし、該中央部周囲を完全に包囲する封止表面より成り、貫通孔と中央部の間に少なくとも1つの断続的な部分溝部を形成する少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列を備えた一のタイプの板状構成要素と、
少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列を欠如した封止表面を有する別のタイプの板状構成要素を含み、
前記方法が、
前記板状構成要素の最終層状アセンブリの製造の前に且つ第1と第2の両方のタイプよりなる前記最終層状アセンブリと前記電解質を組立てて少なくとも1つの電池を形成する前に、前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素よりなる少なくとも1つの積層されたサブアセンブリを製造する過程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 板状構成要素の層状アセンブリと電解膜より成る少なくとも1つの電池で構成され、第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素は、少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列を欠如した封止表面を有し、第2のタイプの板状構成要素は、少なくとも1つの断続的なスロット列を含む封止表面を有する、高圧電気化学電池装置を製造する方法であって、
前記第1のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面を結合材料で塗着してこれを少なくとも1つのサブアセンブリに組立てる過程と、
選択的に、少なくとも2つの前記第2のタイプの前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面を結合材料で塗着してこれを少なくとも1つのサブアセンブリに組立てる過程と、
前記サブアセンブリを個別に積層する過程であって、このとき、圧力は、前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面のみに加えられる該過程と、
前記積層されたサブアセンブリ及び前記第2のタイプの板状構成要素の前記封止表面を前記結合材料で塗着して前記塗着されたサブアセンブリと板状構成要素を最終アセンブリに組立てる過程と、
前記最終アセンブリを積層する過程であって、このとき、圧力は、前記サブアセンブリ及び前記板状構成要素の前記封止表面のみに加えられて最終アセンブリとする該過程と、
前記積層された最終アセンブリを、約10〜60MPaの範囲の圧力で、平板間で押圧する過程と、
前記電解膜と押圧され積層された最終アセンブリを組立てて少なくとも1つの電池を形成する過程とより成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1及び前記第2の板状構成要素は、ニオブ、チタン、ジルコニウム及びステンレス鋼からなる集合体より選択される材料から製造されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記結合材料は、フッ素ゴム性材料、シリコーン及びエポキシから成る集合体より選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記結合材料がフッ素ゴム性材料であり、前記封止表面の塗着に脂肪族ケトン溶媒中に前記フッ素ゴム性材料を5:1の割合で希釈した溶液が使用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記サブアセンブリ及び前記最終アセンブリが、約80〜90゜Cの範囲の温度で且つ約30〜60MPaの範囲の圧力で積層されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
