Claims (9)
- 一対の固定接触子、該一対の固定接触子に選択的に接触する可動接触子、該可動接触子を回転可能に支持するシャフトを備える複数の単極遮断ユニットと、
回路を選択的に遮断するために前記複数の単極遮断ユニットの何れかの単極遮断ユニット上に設置される開閉機構と、
該開閉機構により発生した回転力を各単極遮断ユニットのシャフトに同時に伝達するために各シャフトと連結される一対の駆動シャフトと、
該駆動シャフトの変形を防止し得るように複数の単極遮断ユニットのうち開閉機構から相対的に遠くに位置する単極遮断ユニットとそれに隣接した単極遮断ユニットの間に設置される駆動シャフト変形防止ユニットと、を含み、
前記駆動シャフト変形防止ユニットは、前記駆動シャフトを介して対向するように位置する一対の支持ブロックと、
該一対の支持ブロックを互いに締結して前記一対の支持ブロックの間に位置する前記駆動シャフトを加圧する締結部材と、から構成されることを特徴とする多極配線用遮断器。 - 前記遮断器本体は、R相の単極遮断ユニット、S相の単極遮断ユニット、T相の単極遮断ユニット、N相の単極遮断ユニットの順に配置され、前記開閉機構は、前記S相の単極遮断ユニットに設置され、前記駆動シャフト変形防止ユニットは、前記N相の単極遮断ユニットと前記T相の単極遮断ユニットの間に設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多極配線用遮断器。
- 前記各支持ブロックの対向面に前記駆動シャフトが挿入される収容溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多極配線用遮断器。
- 前記収容溝が形成された前記各支持ブロックの対向面に傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多極配線用遮断器。
- 前記各支持ブロックの中間に前記締結部材が挿入される貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項3に記載の多極配線用遮断器。
- 前記締結部材は、ボルトとナットからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多極配線用遮断器。
- 駆動シャフトの変形を防止するように駆動シャフトを介して対向するように位置する一対の支持ブロックと、
該一対の支持ブロックを互いに締結して前記一対の支持ブロックの間に位置する前記駆動シャフトを加圧する締結部材と、から構成されることを特徴とする多極配線用遮断器の駆動シャフト変形防止装置。 - 前記各支持ブロックの対向面に前記駆動シャフトが挿入される収容溝が形成され、該収容溝が形成された前記各支持ブロックの対向面には、傾斜部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多極配線用遮断器の駆動シャフト変形防止装置。
- 前記各支持ブロックの中間に前記締結部材が挿入される貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の多極配線用遮断器の駆動シャフト変形防止装置。
