Description
各タイヤホイール組立体を空気圧220kPaとして排気量2500ccの乗用車に装着し、車室内運転席窓側耳の位置にマイクロフォンを設置し、粗い路面を速度50km/hで走行したときの車内騒音の音圧を測定した。評価結果は、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が小さいほど車内騒音が小さいことを意味する。

Claims (12)
- 表面の少なくとも一部に十点平均粗さRzが0.1〜5.0mmとなる粗面部分を設けたシェル構造体を含む騒音低減装置を、空気入りタイヤの空洞部内でホイールのリムに装着し、前記シェル構造体のリムシートからの高さをタイヤ断面高さの10〜70%にすると共に、前記粗面部分が前記シェル構造体の表面に粒子を固着して形成したものであるタイヤホイール組立体。
- 前記シェル構造体を一対の弾性リングを介してリム上に支持するようにした請求項1に記載のタイヤホイール組立体。
- 前記シェル構造体を環状のチューブから構成した請求項1に記載のタイヤホイール組立体。
- 前記シェル構造体の肉厚が0.4〜1.0mmである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のタイヤホイール組立体。
- 前記粗面部分の面積が前記シェル構造体の全表面積の20%以上であると共に、前記粗面部分の十点平均粗さRzが0.1〜3.0mmである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のタイヤホイール組立体。
- 前記粒子の直径が0.1〜3.0mmである請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のタイヤホイール組立体。
- 空気入りタイヤの空洞部内でホイールのリムに装着される騒音低減装置であって、表面の少なくとも一部に十点平均粗さRzが0.1〜5.0mmとなる粗面部分を設けたシェル構造体を含み、該シェル構造体のリムシートからの高さをタイヤ断面高さの10〜70%にすると共に、前記粗面部分が前記シェル構造体の表面に粒子を固着して形成したものである騒音低減装置。
- 前記シェル構造体を一対の弾性リングを介してリム上に支持するようにした請求項7に記載の騒音低減装置。
- 前記シェル構造体を環状のチューブから構成した請求項7に記載の騒音低減装置。
- 前記シェル構造体の肉厚が0.4〜1.0mmである請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の騒音低減装置。
- 前記粗面部分の面積が前記シェル構造体の全表面積の20%以上であると共に、前記粗面部分の十点平均粗さRzが0.1〜3.0mmである請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の騒音低減装置。
- 前記粒子の直径が0.1〜3.0mmである請求項7〜11のいずれかに記載の騒音低減装置。
