Description
−2つのトランスジューサー12,13(トランスミッターおよびレシーバー)であって、一方のトランスジューサーは測定の間において固定され、他方のトランスジューサーは測定される脚の軸に沿って移動する;
−移動するトランスジューサーの位置を自動的に調整する手段;
−アクチュエータを用いて脚表面との関連においてトランスジューサーの垂直位置を調整し、特定の接触力を達成するための手段;
−各トランスジューサーの先端における応力(接触圧)を検出するための手段;
−受理した信号をトランスジューサーの分離の関数として捕捉し、入力データから(r,t)図表を生成させ、波動速度並びに任意なものとして減衰などの音響パラメータを計算するために上記図表を分析するための手段;
とを有する。図2において、トランスジューサー12,13は椅子1により支持された支持スライド機構なしで別々に示されている。この脚支持装置はピロー2.1,2.2および2.3、並びにこれらピローを支持するフレーム3、更にトランスジューサーのスライド機構を具備してなる。

ここで、c1は結合媒体中での音速である。従って、或る範囲の角度に亘ってデータを得ることにより、誘導波を検出し、それを相速度および周波数に関し特徴づけることができる。図5のものに類似する分散曲線を得ることもできる。

Claims (4)
- 骨の非侵襲的検査のための装置であって、
2つのトランスジューサー(12,13)であって、一方がトランスミッター(16)で、他方がレシーバー(17)であり、一方のトランスジューサー(12)が固定され、他方のトランスジューサー(13)がガイド内を摺動する摺動部材(11)上に組み立てられたものと;
上記摺動部材をトランスジューサーと共に移動させるための手段(30,31)であって、トランスジューサーを骨(20)又は脚の表面上に移動させるものと、
を具備してなり、
上記トランスミッター(16)が超音波信号を骨(20)内に伝送し、
上記レシーバー(17)が骨(20)内に伝播され、骨(20)から放出される波動を検出し、更に、
受理した信号を測定し、記録するための手段(32,33)と、
受理した信号中の2つの波動モードであって、一方の波動モードがラム波AOモードであるものを検出する手段と、
この検出した波動モードを用いて、記録された信号から選択された方法を用いて少なくとも1つの骨の特性を計算するための手段(34)と、
を具備してなり、
更に、該装置が、
トランスジューサー(12,13)を、脚又は骨(20)に対し選択された応力で押圧、調整するための手段(21)と、
この押圧力(すなわち、接触圧)を各トランスジューサー(12,13)の先端で検出するための手段(14,15)と、
を具備してなることを特徴とする装置。 - 選択された応力が50−300gの範囲のものである請求項1記載の装置。
- 骨の非侵襲的検査のための装置であって、
2つのトランスジューサー(12,13)であって、一方がトランスミッター(16)で、他方がレシーバー(17)であり、双方のトランスジューサーが骨の表面上の共通軸の周りを移動、又はそれに向けて整合することができるものと、
上記トランスジューサーを上記共通軸の周りに移動させ、入射角が常に反射角と等しくなるようにするための手段(47,48)と、
上記トランスミッターからの超音波信号を骨に対し結合させ、上記レシーバーに戻すための手段(45)と、
を具備してなり、ここで、
上記トランスミッター(16)が超音波信号を骨内に伝送するようになっており、
上記レシーバー(17)が骨から反射された超音波信号を検出伝送するようになっており、
更に、
受理した信号を検出、記録するための手段と、
受理した信号中の2つの波動モードであって、一方の波動モードがラム波AOモードであるものを検出する手段と、
この検出した波動モードを用いて、記録された信号から少なくとも1つの骨の特性を計算するための手段と、
を具備してなることを特徴とする装置。 - 骨の非侵襲的検査のための装置であって、
骨(20)又は脚の表面上に配置される夫々複数のトランスジューサーからなる複数の列であって、一方がトランスミッターで、他方がレシーバーであるものと、
機械的動きを行うことなくスキャニングを達成すると共に、特定の波動の生成および検出を達成するための制御手段と、
を具備してなり、
上記トランスミッターが超音波信号を骨(20)内に伝送し、
上記レシーバーが骨(20)内に伝播され、骨(20)から放出される波動を検出し、更に、
受理した信号を測定し、記録するための手段(32,33)と、
受理した信号中の2つの波動モードであって、一方の波動モードがラム波AOモードであるものを検出する手段と、
この検出した波動モードを用いて、記録された信号から選択された方法を用いて少なくとも1つの骨の特性を計算するための手段(34)と、
を具備してなることを特徴とする装置。
