Claims (4)
- 線材を波形に屈曲させながら周方向及び軸方向に進行させ、交差する部分では織りを形成し、軸方向に隣接する網目パターンと近接する部分では屈曲部どうしで絡み合わせて組み部を形成して筒状の網目パターンを形成したステントと、
このステントの内周及び/又は外周に被覆された筒状カバーからなるグラフトとを備えたステントグラフトにおいて、
前記ステントの両方の端部に位置する線材は、それぞれの端部側を山にして屈曲した部分を、前記グラフトの対応する端部に固定されており、
前記ステントの軸方向の途中に位置する線材は、軸方向に隣接する位置において反対方向に屈曲する屈曲部どうしを固定しないように、前記組み部における屈曲方向が同じでかつ軸方向に沿ってほぼ同じ位置にある線材の屈曲部どうしが、それらの間隔の広がりを規制する規制部材を介して連結されており、
前記規制部材によって、前記ステントを縮径させたときに、前記ステントの軸方向への伸張が抑制されることを特徴とするステントグラフト。 - 前記組み部における屈曲方向が同じでかつ軸方向に沿ってほぼ同じ位置にある線材の屈曲部どうしが、前記グラフトにそれぞれ固定されており、前記グラフトが前記規制部材をなしている請求項1記載のステントグラフト。
- 同じ組み部及び軸方向に隣接する組み部の中では、組み合う線材のうち、いずれか一方向に屈曲する線材の屈曲部のみが、前記グラフトに固定されている請求項2記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記組み部における屈曲方向が同じでかつ軸方向に沿ってほぼ同じ位置にある線材の屈曲部どうしが、前記ステントとは別体の線状部材によって連結されており、この線状部材が前記規制部材をなしている請求項1記載のステントグラフト。
