Claims (7)
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と前記負極との間に配置されるセパレータを含む電極群と、
前記電極群が内蔵されるケースと、
前記ケースに結合されることによって前記ケースを密閉するためのキャップ組立体と、
前記キャップ組立体に設置され、前記電極群にそれぞれ電気的に接続される正極端子及び負極端子と、
前記電極群、前記正極端子、及び前記負極端子に電気的に接続されるリードエレメントとを含み、
前記正極及び前記負極は、活物質が塗布されない正極無地部及び負極無地部をそれぞれ有し、
前記正極無地部及び前記負極無地部は、それぞれ複数層構造を呈するとともに、当該複数層構造をなすように重ね合わされた層の面が互いに密着するように密着成形されており、
前記リードエレメントは、前記密着成形済みの正極無地部の外周部と前記密着形成済みの負極無地部の外周部における少なくとも1/2以上の範囲の領域と結合される板材からなる接触部と、前記接触部を構成する前記板材から一体的に延伸するように形成され前記正極端子及び前記負極端子に連結される先端部とを含む、二次電池。 - 前記電極群は、前記正極無地部、前記負極無地部、及び前記セパレータがゼリーロールタイプに巻かれ状態で加圧されることによって、プレートタイプに形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードエレメントは、前記密着成形済みの正極無地部及び前記密着形成済みの負極無地部が有する少なくとも一対の辺を覆いながら、前記正極無地部及び前記負極無地部に結合される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードエレメントは、前記密着成形済みの正極無地部及び前記密着成形済みの負極無地部の外周部の互いに対向する2つの側面のうち、少なくとも一方の側面を覆うように、前記正極無地部及び前記負極無地部に結合される、請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記リードエレメントは、前記密着成形済みの正極無地部及び前記密着成形済みの負極無地部に溶接で固定される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、角形に形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、モータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
