Description
また、本発明の流体噴射装置は、スワス高さを画定する抵抗器部分を備える第1の金属層と、該第1の金属層の上の第2の金属層であって、前記スワス高さを貫いてルーティングされている第2の金属層の接地部分を備える第2の金属層と、を具備している。
さらに、本発明の流体噴射装置は、トランジスタ部分と、該トランジスタ部分と略平行に延びる接地部分と、前記トランジスタ部分と略平行に延び、前記トランジスタ部分から5μmよりも大きい距離だけ隔てられた論理部分とを備える第1の金属層を有し、前記接地部分は前記トランジスタ部分と前記論理部分との間に延在している。

Claims (6)
- アドレス経路部分と、抵抗器、トランジスタ、接地部分および論理部分の非アドレス経路部分とを備え、該非アドレス経路部分の前記抵抗器、前記トランジスタ、前記接地部分および前記論理部分は、前記アドレス経路部分の両側で、同一の水平方向において最外側から前記アドレス経路部分に向かって順に配置されている第1の金属層と、
該第1の金属層上にある第2の金属層であって、該第2の金属層は、前記第1の金属層の抵抗器、トランジスタ、接地部分および論理部分の前記非アドレス経路部分の上のみにある電力伝導部分である第1の部分と、前記アドレス経路部分の上にあり、前記第1の部分から電気的に絶縁されている第2の部分とを備え、 前記第2の金属層は、第1の抵抗率を有する第1の導電層部分と、前記第1の抵抗率より大きい第2の抵抗率を有する第2の導電層部分をさらに備え、且つ前記第1の導電層部分と前記第2の導電層部分とは、同一の位置で上下に積層され、前記第2の部分は前記第2の導電層部分のみを備え、前記第2の部分は、前記第1の金属層の接地部分に電気接続された第2の金属層の接地部分を備える第2の金属層と、
を具備している流体噴射装置。 - 前記第2の金属層の接地部分は、前記第1の金属層の接地部分4の一部に重なり合っている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記第2の導電層部分はタンタルからなっている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- 前記第1の導電層部分は金からなっている、請求項1に記載の流体噴射装置。
- スワス高さに沿って提供される個々の抵抗器の列を画定する抵抗器部分と、
第1の金属層の接地部分と、
前記抵抗器部分と前記接地部分との間にあるトランジスタ部分であって、該トランジスタ部分は対応する個々の抵抗器に関連した個々の駆動トランジスタの駆動トランジスタ金属部分を備え、前記抵抗器部分は下にあるトランジスタの縁を越えて延在し、個々の抵抗器への電気接続を行うヒータ脚部を含むトランジスタ部分と、を備える第1の金属層と、
該第1の金属層の上の第2の金属層であって、前記抵抗器部分を貫いてルーティングされ且つ前記第1の金属層の接地部分に電気接続された第2の金属層の接地部分を備える第2の金属層と、
を備え、
前記第1の金属層の前記抵抗器部分、前記トランジスタ部分、前記接地部分が同一の水平方向において最外側から内側中央に向かって順に配置されている、
流体噴射装置。 - アドレス経路部分と非アドレス経路部分とを備えた第1の金属層であって、該非アドレス経路部分は抵抗器部分、トランジスタ部分、接地部分および論理部分とを備え、前記非アドレス経路部分の前記抵抗器部分、前記トランジスタ部分、前記接地部分および前記論理部分は、前記アドレス経路部分の両側で、同一の水平方向において最外側から前記アドレス経路部分に向かって順に配置され、前記抵抗器部分は流体噴射装置の発射抵抗器を形成する第1の金属層と、
該第1の金属層の上の第2の金属層であって、前記第1の金属層の前記非アドレス経路部分のみの上にある第1の金属部分を備える第2の金属層と、
を備えた流体噴射装置であって、
前記第1の部分は前記接地部分のみの上にある電力導電部分であり、前記第2の金属層は、前記アドレス経路部分の上にあり且つ前記第1の金属部分から電気的に絶縁されている第2の部分をさらに備えている、
流体噴射装置。
