チャック30のコレット37は、第1エア供給ポート32を通じて内部空間Aに供給される圧縮空気により昇降され、ハブユニット40のハブキャップ44は第2エア供給ポート33を通じて内部空間Bに供給される圧縮空気により昇降される。

Claims (3)
- ベースプレートと;
前記ベースプレートに設けられるチャックと;
前記チャックに着脱できるように結合され、複数のディスクが積層されるハブユニットと;
前記ハブユニットの外側にディスクの半径方向にスライドできるように設けられ、複数のディスクの外径を加圧してセンタリングする板スプリングを備える複数のディスクプッシャーと;
前記ディスクプッシャーのそれぞれの板スプリングに設けられて、ディスクセンタリング後に前記板スプリングの復元力が低下しないように前記板スプリングを支持する支持手段と;
前記複数のディスクプッシャーを同時にスライドさせる駆動手段と;
を含み、
前記支持手段は、前記板スプリングの一部分を圧着支持する支持ブロックと;前記支持ブロックに前記板スプリングを締結する締結ねじと;を含むことを特徴とするディスクセンタリングデバイス。
- 前記支持手段は、前記板スプリングの一側部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスクセンタリングデバイス。
- 前記支持手段は、前記板スプリングの両側の中でいずれか一側端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のディスクセンタリングデバイス。
