Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) デイスク２の中心孔４に対応するように形
    成された円形凹部８及び前記デイスク２を支持す
    るための支持面部９を有する駆動ハブ７と、前記
    デイスク２を前記ハブ７に固定するためのクラン
    プ部材１２と、前記クランプ部材１２を回動自在
    に支持し且つ前記クランプ部材１２が前記デイス
    ク２のクランプ位置と非クランプ位置とをとるよ
    うに前記クランプ部材１２を移動させるクランプ
    部材移動機構とを備えているデイスクのクランプ
    装置において、 前記クランプ部材１２が、前記移動機構に回転
    自在に係合された軸部１３と、前記軸部１３から
    放射状に突出する複数の第１及び第２の羽根１４
    〜２１とから成り、 前記第１の羽根１４，１６，１８，２０が主と
    して前記デイスク２と前記ハブ７との中心合せに
    寄与するように形成され、 前記第２の羽根１５，１７，１９，２１が主と
    して前記デイスク２の前記ハブ７に対するクラン
    プに寄与するように形成されていることを特徴と
    するデイスクのクランプ装置。 (2) 前記第１の羽根１４，１６，１８，２０が
    、前記デイスク２の前記中央孔４に進入して前記
    ハブ７と前記デイスク２との中心合せをするよう
    に形成された第１の外周面４１ａ，４２ａを有す
    る第１の中心合せ部３７ａと、前記デイスク２を
    前記ハブ７の前記支持面部９に向つて押圧するた
    めの第１の押圧部３８ａと、前記第１の中心合せ
    部３７ａが前記軸部１３に近づく方向に変位する
    ことを許し且つ前記第１の押圧部３８ａが前記軸
    部１３の伸びる方向に変位することを許すように
    前記第１の中心合せ部３７ａ及び前記第１の押圧
    部３８ａと前記軸部１３とを弾性を有して連結す
    る第１の連結部３９ａとから成り、 前記第２の羽根１５，１７，１９，２１が、前
    記デイスク２の前記中心孔４に進入して前記ハブ
    ７と前記デイスク２との中心合せに寄与する第２
    の外周面４１ｂ，４２ｂを有する第２の中心合せ
    部３７ｂと、前記デイスク２を前記ハブ７の前記
    支持面部９に向つて押圧するための第２の押圧部
    ３８ｂと、前記第１の中心合せ部３７ｂ及び前記
    第２の押圧部３８ｂを前記軸部１３に弾性を有し
    て連結する第２の連結部３９ｂとから成り、前記
    第１及び第２の中心合せ部３７ａ，３７ｂは先細
    部分を有するように形成され、 前記軸部１３の中心を基準にした前記第２の外
    周面４１ｂ，４２ｂの最大半径Ｒ２が前記第１の
    外周面４１ａ，４２ａの最大半径Ｒ１よりも小さ
    く設定され、 前記第２の連結部３９ｂが前記第１の連結部３
    ９ａよりも弾性変形しにくいように形成されてい
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載のデイスクのクランプ装置。
