Description
本発明の第3は、上記第2の発明において、前記リブの前記溶かし部と接触する側の基部にバリ受け溝が形成されているフロート弁装置の製造方法を提供するものである。
上記発明によれば、リブの基部方向に流出するバリが、バリ受け溝に溜まり、最終的には二重円筒壁の溶かし部となる壁の下端によって封じ込められる。
前記上蓋300は、図6に示すように、位置決め治具700上に、その内面を上方に向けて設置される。
更に、円筒状のリブ710の内側には、受け部720が設けられており、この受け部720には、前記切欠き711、712、713、714にその両端を開通された十字状の溝721が形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 弁ケースと、この弁ケースに組付けられて弁室を形成する上蓋と、前記弁室内に昇降可能に配置されたフロート弁とを備え、
前記上蓋には、外部の配管が接続される導出管と、この導出管に連通し、前記上蓋の内面に開口する排気孔と、この排気孔を囲むように前記上蓋に取付けられると共に前記弁ケース内に収容されて、前記フロート弁が当接する弁座を形成する、前記弁ケースとは別体のシールキャップとが設けられたフロート弁装置の製造方法において、
前記シールキャップをスピン溶着によって前記上蓋の内面に溶着することを特徴とするフロート弁装置の製造方法。 - 前記上蓋の内面に、前記排気孔を囲む円筒状のリブを形成し、
前記シールキャップの周壁に、前記リブを囲む二重円筒壁を設け、この二重円筒壁の内壁又は外壁のいずれか一方に、前記リブと接触する溶かし部を設け、
前記二重円筒壁の前記溶かし部と前記リブとの接触面をスピン溶着によって溶着すると共に、前記二重円筒壁の他方の壁で溶着の際に発生するバリを封じ込めるようにした請求項1記載のフロート弁装置の製造方法。 - 前記リブの前記溶かし部と接触する側の基部にバリ受け溝が形成されている請求項2記載のフロート弁装置の製造方法。
