Claims (20)
- 支持体上に取り付けられ多数の測定場所(スポット)を有する複数のバイオチップを使用して試料を連続的に高スループット解析するための方法において、
前記支持体(2、2a)上に存在しスポット・アレイ(11、11a)を形成する前記バイオチップのスポット上に試料が導かれる作業ステップと、
前記試料が導かれた前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)のスポット上に洗浄液ないし試薬液が導かれ、前記支持体(2、2a)の下方から前記支持体の接触要素を介して電気的に測定が実施される作業ステップとを含み、
前記各作業ステップは同時に異なる前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)ないしバイオチップのスポットにおいて実行され、
前記支持体(2、2a)がその移動タイミングによってあらかじめ与えられる速度により連続的に動かされることにより連続した測定が行われ、
少なくとも前記測定が実施される作業ステップにおいては、少なくとも1つの前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)が中空体(34)により取り囲まれ、前記支持体上に取り付けられた他のスポット・アレイ(11、11a)から空間的に分離される高スループット解析のための方法。 - 少なくとも1つの前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)が中空体(24、40)により取り囲まれ他の前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)から空間的に分離され、前記中空体(24、40)の周壁(25)で少なくとも1つのスポット・アレイ(11、11a)を密に取り囲むようになっており、試料の温度調節及び空気調節の少なくともいずれかのための少なくとも1つの作業ステップが、前記試料が導かれる作業ステップと前記測定が実施される作業ステップとの間に、挿入される請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記温度調節のための作業ステップ後に1つの作業ステップがバイオチップ上の測定試料の滞留時間として用いられる請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記温度調節が試料導入に続くすべての作業ステップにおいて行われる請求項2又は3記載の方法。
- 前記中空体(24、40)は密閉した室を形成させることにより前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)上に存在する気相の調節のために用いられる請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(2、2a)が平らな材料からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 可撓性の材料からなるベルト状の支持体(2、2a)を有するバイオチップ構成(1b)が使用される請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記ベルト状の支持体(2、2a)がロールからほどかれ、解析機器(16)を通して送られる請求項7記載の方法。
- 電気的に読み取り可能なバイオチップ(4)の配置された支持体(2)が使用される請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 解析特有のデータが存在する支持体(2、2a)が使用される請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)ないしそこで行われる反応の温度制御のために、前記アレイと対向する前記支持体(2、2a)の背面領域から熱の供給ないし熱の導出が行われる請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記熱の供給ないし熱の導出のために、前記背面領域が冷却ないし加熱可能な部材(29)と面接触される請求項11記載の方法。
- 測定場所(スポット)を有する複数のバイオチップからなるバイオチップ構成を含む装置が使用され、前記バイオチップ(4)が平らな材料からなる共通の支持体(2、2a)上に互いに間隔を置いて固定配置され、前記支持体(2、2a)はあらかじめ設定可能なタイミングで先へ動き得るようになっており、前記装置は、一方では測定液並びに洗浄液及び試薬液を供給するための手段(19)、他方では測定を実施するための手段(34、38)を有し、前記装置は前記支持体に所属しせめられ、前記バイオチップ(4)はそれぞれ前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)及び電気的接触面(9)によって電気的に読み取り可能であり、スポット・アレイ(11)に測定液並びに洗浄液及び試薬液を供給するための前記手段(19)は前記支持体(2、2a)の上方に、前記電気的接触面(9)の下方に配置されている請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記スポット・アレイ(11)がくぼみ内に配置されている請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(2、2a)上に解析制御のためのデータ及び前記スポット・アレイ(11、11a)の種類及び位置に関するデータが存在する請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記データが少なくとも1つのメモリチップ(44)内に格納されている請求項15記載の方法。
- 前記バイオチップ(4)が電気的に絶縁性の充填材(13)中に埋置されており、前記充填材(19)中に前記スポット・アレイ(11)を開放しくぼみを形成する凹所(14)が存在する請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記充填材(13)の前記凹所(14)を含む表面側(21)が平らな面として形成されている請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(2、2a)がその長手方向に延びるパーフォレーション(15)を有する請求項1〜18のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 前記支持体(2、2a)が両側にパーフォレーション(15)を備え、36mmの幅を有する請求項19記載の方法。
