Description
Co:6〜15重量%、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:3〜8重量%、W:0.3〜1重量%、Fe:0.5〜1.8重量%、Ni:8〜15重量%、C:0.08〜0.2重量%、Si:1.5〜4重量%、Al:0.5〜0.8重量%、P:0.1〜0.3重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCuであり、
前記粒子の平均粒径が8〜20μm、且つ粒度分布幅が0.1〜100μmであり、
任意の断面において前記粒子が占める面積率が10〜20%であることを特徴とする。
Ni:6〜12重量%、Si:2〜5重量%、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:1〜10重量%、Co:2〜10重量%、Al:0.3〜1重量%、P:0.3〜1.2重量%、Fe:0.5〜1.5重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCuであるとともに、粒度が10〜150μmであるCu合金粉末と、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:20〜35重量%、Ni:1〜3重量%、Si:1〜2.5重量%、W:3〜8重量%、Fe:1〜3重量%、C:0.8〜2重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCoであるとともに、粒度が10〜150μmであるCo合金粉末とを、重量比で99〜85:1〜15の割合で混合して混合粉末とする工程と、
前記混合粉末をレーザ又はプラズマによって加熱し、粒子分散銅合金とする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 銅合金からなるマトリックスに粒子が分散した粒子分散銅合金であって、
Co:6〜15重量%、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:3〜8重量%、W:0.3〜1重量%、Fe:0.5〜1.8重量%、Ni:8〜15重量%、C:0.08〜0.2重量%、Si:1.5〜4重量%、Al:0.5〜0.8重量%、P:0.1〜0.3重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCuであり、
前記粒子の平均粒径が8〜20μm、且つ粒度分布幅が0.1〜100μmであり、
任意の断面において前記粒子が占める面積率が10〜20%であることを特徴とする粒子分散銅合金。 - 銅合金からなるマトリックスに粒子が分散し、且つ任意の断面において前記粒子が占める面積率が10〜20%である粒子分散銅合金の製造方法であって、
Ni:6〜12重量%、Si:2〜5重量%、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:1〜10重量%、Co:2〜10重量%、Al:0.3〜1重量%、P:0.3〜1.2重量%、Fe:0.5〜1.5重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCuであるとともに、粒度が10〜150μmであるCu合金粉末と、Cr又はMoの少なくともいずれか一方:20〜35重量%、Ni:1〜3重量%、Si:1〜2.5重量%、W:3〜8重量%、Fe:1〜3重量%、C:0.8〜2重量%を含有し、残部が不可避的不純物とCoであるとともに、粒度が10〜150μmであるCo合金粉末とを、重量比で99〜85:1〜15の割合で混合して混合粉末とする工程と、
前記混合粉末をレーザ又はプラズマによって加熱し、粒子分散銅合金とする工程と、
を有することを特徴とする粒子分散銅合金の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載の製造方法において、前記混合粉末を金属製部材上で加熱して前記粒子分散銅合金を前記金属製部材に接合した状態で得ることを特徴とする粒子分散銅合金の製造方法。
- 請求項3記載の製造方法において、前記金属製部材としてAl合金製部材を使用することを特徴とする粒子分散銅合金の製造方法。
