Description
1)ガス燃料噴射バルブに燃焼室への漏れがある場合、燃焼ガスが入り、ガスシステムを汚染する。
2)システムが低圧不活性ガスによって充填されている場合、漏れ検知は事実上不可能である。
Claims (8)
- 高圧燃料ガス噴射システム及び高圧燃料油噴射システムを有する大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジンであって、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス噴射システムにおいて前記高圧を維持するように構成され、さらに、
前記燃料ガス噴射システムは、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物が充填されるように構成され、
前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物は、漏れ検知に適合するガスを含有し、
前記漏れ検知に適合するガスは燃料ガスであり、前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物中の前記燃料ガスの濃度は、前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物と大気とが可燃性混合物となる濃度よりも低い、
大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジン。 - 前記エンジンは、前記エンジンの1つ以上のシリンダに関連せしめられる1つ以上の燃料ガス弁を備え、前記エンジンは、燃料油により運転されている間に前記燃料ガス弁を定期的あるいは間欠的に作動させ、それによって、前記燃料ガス弁を動かすために前記実質的に不活性のガスを前記シリンダの1つ又はそれ以上へ噴射するように構成される、請求項1に記載の大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジン。
- 高圧燃料ガス噴射システム及び高圧燃料油噴射システムを有する大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジンであって、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス噴射システムにおいて前記高圧を維持するように構成され、さらに、
前記燃料ガス噴射システムは、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物が充填されるように構成され、
前記エンジンは、前記エンジンの1つ以上のシリンダに関連せしめられる1つ以上の燃料ガス弁を備え、前記エンジンは、燃料油により運転されている間に前記燃料ガス弁を定期的あるいは間欠的に作動させ、それによって、前記燃料ガス弁を動かすために前記不活性のガスを前記シリンダの1つ又はそれ以上へ噴射するように構成される、
大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジン。 - 前記エンジンは、前記エンジンが動作している間は前記燃料ガス噴射システムにおいて前記高圧を常に維持するように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジン。
- 前記燃料ガスシステム内の前記高圧は、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス弁を密閉状態に保つことを補助するために使用される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジン。
- 高圧燃料ガス噴射システムと高圧燃料油噴射システムとを持つ大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジンを運転する方法であって、
前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス噴射システムを前記高圧で加圧するステップと、
前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記高圧燃料ガス噴射システムに、不活性または可燃性のガスを充填するステップと、
を含み、ここで前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物は、漏れ検知に適合するガスを含有し、前記漏れ検知に適合するガスは燃料ガスであり、前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物中の前記燃料ガスの濃度は、前記不活性または不燃性のガスまたはガス混合物と大気とが可燃性混合物となる濃度よりも低い、方法。 - 前記高圧燃料ガス噴射システムは燃料ガス弁を備え、前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料バルブを定期的または間欠的に開くことによって前記燃料ガス弁を動かすステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 高圧燃料ガス噴射システムと高圧燃料油噴射システムとを持つ大型ターボ過給型2ストロークディーゼルエンジンを運転する方法であって、前記高圧燃料ガス噴射システムは、前記エンジンの1つ以上のシリンダに関連せしめられる1つ以上の燃料ガス弁を備え、前記方法は、
前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス噴射システムを前記高圧で加圧するステップと、
前記エンジンが燃料ガスで運転されていない場合に、前記燃料ガス弁を定期的あるいは間欠的に作動させ、それによって、前記燃料ガス弁を動かすために不活性のガスを前記シリンダの1つ又はそれ以上へ噴射するステップと、
を含む、方法。
