Claims (4)
- バイオマスから燃料ガスを生成するガス化炉と、該ガス化炉から利用システムへ燃料ガスを供給する供給系と、該供給系に開度調整自在に設けられた供給系ダンパと、上記供給系に設けられ、燃料ガスを上記ガス化炉から誘引する供給系ファンと、上記供給系に設けられ、燃料ガス中のタール分を熱分解処理することが可能な処理温度に昇温される改質装置と、該改質装置と上記供給系ダンパとの間に上記供給系から分岐させて設けられ、上記ガス化炉に接続されて、燃料ガスを該供給系から当該ガス化炉へ導入するための導入ラインと、該導入ラインに設けられ、燃料ガスを上記供給系から引き込む導入系ファンと、上記導入ラインに設けられた開度調整自在な導入系ダンパと、上記改質装置の温度を検出して出力する温度センサと、該温度センサから上記改質装置の温度が入力され、該改質装置の温度が処理温度よりも低いときには、該改質装置からの燃料ガスを上記ガス化炉へガス化炉用燃料として導入するために、上記導入系ダンパを開きかつ上記導入系ファンを起動するとともに上記供給系ダンパを閉じかつ上記供給系ファンを停止する制御信号を出力する一方で、該改質装置の温度が処理温度以上となったときには、該改質装置からの燃料ガスを上記利用システムへ導入するために、該導入系ダンパを閉じかつ該導入系ファンを停止させるとともに該供給系ダンパを開きかつ該供給系ファンを起動する制御信号を出力する制御器とを備えたことを特徴とするバイオマスガス化システム。
- 前記制御器は、前記ガス化炉の燃焼運転を、その起動時には化石燃料の燃焼で制御し、前記改質装置の温度が処理温度よりも低い温度のときには、前記導入ラインから導入される燃料ガスの燃焼で制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバイオマスガス化システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のバイオマスガス化システムを用い、前記改質装置の温度が処理温度よりも低いときに該改質装置からの燃料ガスを前記ガス化炉へガス化炉用燃料として導入し、上記改質装置の温度が処理温度以上となったときに該改質装置からの燃料ガスを前記利用システムへ導入するようにしたことを特徴とするバイオマスガス化システムの運転方法。
- 前記ガス化炉は、前記制御器による制御で、その起動時は化石燃料で燃焼運転が開始され、その後、前記改質装置の温度が処理温度よりも低い温度のときには、前記導入ラインから導入される燃料ガスで燃焼運転されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバイオマスガス化システムの運転方法。
