Claims (5)
- 駆動軸と、該駆動軸と共に回転しつつ軸方向に移動する可動プーリ半体と、該可動プーリ半体と対向するプーリフェイスの背面側で且つボス孔部の周囲に可動カムが形成されたベースプーリ半体と、前記ボス孔部に挿通され前記ベースプーリ半体が摺動自在に支持されたボス軸部と,該ボス軸部の周囲に形成された固定カムとからなり且つ前記駆動軸に固定されたボス部材と、前記可動カムと前記固定カムの両当接部の間に装着される弾性部材として圧縮コイルスプリングとからなり、前記可動カム及び前記固定カムには、両当接部から内部に向かって窪み部が形成され、前記圧縮コイルスプリングの長手方向両端箇所が前記窪み部に収納され、前記駆動軸の急加速回転時には、前記固定カムは前記可動カムに当接されると共に、前記可動カムと前記固定カムの当接部同士の当接において、相互の押圧力が増加して該押圧力の一部が回転方向から軸方向に変換され、前記可動カムは前記固定カムに対して軸方向に微動し、離間されてなることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速装置における駆動側プーリ。
- 駆動軸と、該駆動軸と共に回転しつつ軸方向に移動する可動プーリ半体と、該可動プーリ半体と対向するプーリフェイスの背面側で且つボス孔部の周囲に可動カムが形成されたベースプーリ半体と、前記ボス孔部に挿通され前記ベースプーリ半体が摺動自在に支持されたボス軸部と,該ボス軸部の周囲に形成された固定カムとからなり且つ前記駆動軸に固定されたボス部材と、前記可動カムと前記固定カムの両当接部の間に装着される弾性部材として圧縮コイルスプリングとからなり、前記可動カム及び前記固定カムには、両当接部から内部に向かって窪み部が形成され、前記圧縮コイルスプリングの長手方向両端箇所が前記窪み部に収納され、前記可動カムと前記固定カムとは当接可能にされると共に常時は弾発状に離間され、前記可動カムと前記固定カムの当接部位は、前記可動カムと前記固定
カムの当接部同士の当接において、相互の押圧力が増加して該押圧力の一部が回転方向から軸方向に変換され、前記固定カムの駆動軸の回転方向に伴って前記可動カムを前記駆動軸の軸方向に微動し、離間させるカム面としてなることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速装置における駆動側プーリ。 - 請求項1又は2において、前記可動カムと前記固定カムの両当接部は共に面接触する傾斜面としてなることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速装置における駆動側プーリ。
- 請求項1,2又は3のいずれか1項の記載において、前記ボス部材の固定カムの当接部側には適宜の間隔をおいて規制突起が形成されてなることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速装置における駆動側プーリ。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のいずれか1項の記載において、前記可動カムは、前記ボス孔部の周囲に円周方向に沿って等間隔に複数形成されると共に前記固定カムは前記可動カムと同数で且つ等間隔に形成されてなることを特徴とするVベルト式自動変速装置における駆動側プーリ。
