Description
実施例1として、図4に示したラベル1を下記の通り作製した。まず、剥離シート付き粘着層(日東電工社製、「No.500」)を2枚用意し、それらをPTFEフィルム(非通気性補強層、厚さ50μm)の両主面にそれぞれ貼り付けて積層物を得た。次に、この積層物に、打抜きにより直径10mmの貫通孔を形成した。次に、上記積層物の片面側の剥離シートを剥がして、PTFEフィルムとPTFE多孔体(日東電工社製、「ミクロテックスNTF1131」、厚さ80μm、平均孔径1μm、ガーレー通気度3秒/100ml)とを貼り合わせ、40×60mmに打抜いて、図4に示したような、PTFE多孔体からなるインク受容層2と、PTFEフィルムからなる非通気性補強層7と、粘着層3とを含むラベル1を得た。尚、図4において9は剥離シートであり、8は非通気性補強層7とインク受容層2とを接合する粘着層である。
インク受容層として、超高分子量ポリエチレン多孔体(日東電工社製、「サンマップ」、厚さ200μm、平均孔径20μm、ガーレー通気度0.5秒/100ml)を用いたこと以外は実施例1と同様にしてラベルを作製した。実施例1の場合と同様にしてパターン(情報)を印刷したところ、印刷性は良好であった。ラベルを実施例1において作製した筐体に貼り付けて通気筐体を得た。耐水圧試験、防塵性試験を行った結果、通気筐体内部への水、塵挨の侵入はなかった。
インク受容層として、PTFE多孔体(日東電工社製、「ミクロテックスNTF1131」、厚さ80μm、平均孔径1μm)を、通気性支持層としてポリエステル不織布(厚さ200μm)を用意し、実施例1と同様にして貫通孔が形成された積層物を用意した。上記積層物の片面側の剥離シートを剥がして、上記ポリエステル不織布とPTFEフィルム(非通気性補強層)とを貼り合わせ、PTFE多孔体とポリエステル不織布とを260℃にて熱圧着した。以上のこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、ラベルを作製した。PTFE多孔体とポリエステル不織布とからなる積層体(厚み200μm)についてガーレー通気度を測定したところ10秒/100mlであった。実施例1の場合と同様にしてパターン(情報)を印刷したところ、印刷性は良好であった。印刷されたラベルを実施例1において作製した筐体に貼り付けて通気筐体を得た。耐水圧試験、防塵性試験を行った結果、通気筐体内部への水、塵挨の侵入はなかった。

Claims (11)
- 機器筐体の開口を覆うように前記筐体に固定された状態で、前記開口を通過する気体を透過可能とし、インク受容層と前記インク受容層を前記機器筐体に貼り付けるための粘着層とを含むラベルであって、
前記インク受容層がポリテトラフルオロエチレンおよびポリオレフィンから選ばれる少なくとも一方の樹脂を含む通気性多孔体であり、前記粘着層の厚み方向に貫通し前記インク受容層を透過した気体を通過させ、前記機器筐体の前記開口と連通可能な通気孔が少なくとも前記粘着層に設けられており、
前記インク受容層の平均孔径が0.5〜60μmであることを特徴とするラベル。 - 前記インク受容層の平均孔径が1〜20μmである請求項1に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層は、情報の印刷に使用されるインクを孔内に浸透させることを可能とする請求項1または2に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層の前記通気孔を通過した気体が透過する領域の通気度は、ガーレー数にて表示して0.1〜300秒/100mlである請求項1〜3のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層と前記粘着層との間に配置された通気性支持層をさらに含む請求項1〜4のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層と前記通気性支持層とからなる積層体の前記通気孔を通過した気体が透過する領域の通気度は、ガーレー数にて表示して0.1〜300秒/100mlである請求項5に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層と前記粘着層との間に配置された非通気性補強層をさらに含み、前記通気孔が前記非通気性補強層を貫通している請求項1〜6のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層の前記粘着層側の面の反対面上に設けられた表面コート層をさらに含み、前記表面コート層は、前記通気孔の直上を避けて設けられている請求項1〜7のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 前記ポリオレフィンが、超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む請求項1〜8のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 前記インク受容層の前記通気孔を通過した気体が透過する領域を避けて、前記インク受容層に情報が印刷されている請求項1〜9のいずれかの項に記載のラベル。
- 請求項10に記載されたラベルが、前記通気孔と筐体の開口とが連通するように、前記筐体に貼り付けられたことを特徴とする通気筐体。
