Description
C5および/またはC6リングを含む少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素の少なくとも1容量%を含む炭化水素供給原料を供給し;
この炭化水素供給原料を、環式炭化水素のリングを選択開環させるのに適する条件下で水素の存在下に、触媒と接触させることにより炭化水素供給原料を予備処理し;
予備処理された供給原料を異性化触媒と接触させて予備処理供給原料を異性化させることによりトリプタン含有生成物流を生ぜしめる
ことを特徴とするトリプタンの製造方法が提供される。
25〜40容量%のn−ヘプタン;
10〜28容量%のモノ分枝鎖C7;
5〜15容量%のジ−分枝鎖C7;
20〜40容量%のナフテン、および
0〜5容量%の芳香族化合物
で構成することができる。
f =強 40〜60%相対強度
mf=極めて強 60〜100%相対強度
m =中庸 20〜40%相対強度
d =弱 0〜20%相対強度
Claims (28)
- 少なくとも30重量%のC 7 炭化水素を含むナフサ流である炭化水素供給原料であり且つC5および/またはC6リングを含む少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素の少なくとも1容量%からなる炭化水素供給原料を供給し;
この炭化水素供給原料を環式炭化水素のリングを選択開環させるのに適する条件下で水素の存在下に触媒と接触させることにより炭化水素供給原料を予備処理し;
予備処理された供給原料を異性化触媒と接触させて予備処理供給原料を異性化させることによりトリプタン含有生成物流を生ぜしめる
ことを特徴とするトリプタンの製造方法。 - 炭化水素供給原料が、50〜110℃の範囲にて沸騰する炭化水素流である請求項1に記載の方法。
- ナフサ流が少なくとも50重量%のC 7 炭化水素を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- ナフサ流が60〜90重量%のC 7 炭化水素を含む請求項3に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給原料が2〜60容量%のC5および/またはC6リングを有する少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給原料が5〜40容量%のC 5 および/またはC 6 リングを有する少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給原料が10〜30容量%のC 5 および/またはC 6 リングを有する少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素をナフテン類および芳香族化合物から選択する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類および芳香族化合物が1〜6個の炭素原子を有するアルキル置換基で置換される請求項8に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類および芳香族化合物が1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル置換基で置換される請求項9に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類および芳香族化合物が3個もしくはそれ以下の炭素原子を有するアルキル置換基で置換される請求項10に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類および芳香族化合物が3個未満の炭素原子を有するアルキル置換基で置換される請求項11に記載の方法。
- 独立して、ナフテン類が6〜20個の炭素原子を含むと共に芳香族化合物が6〜20個の炭素原子を含む請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類が6〜12個の炭素原子を含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- ナフテン類が6〜8個の炭素原子を含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 芳香族化合物が7〜12個の炭素原子を含む請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種の環式炭化水素をシクロペンタン、メチルシクロペンタン、ジメチルシクロペンタン;エチルシクロペンタン、シクロヘキサン、メチルシクロヘキサン、ジメチルシクロヘキサン、エチルシクロヘキサン、n−ペンチルシクロヘキサン、ベンゼン、トルエン、ジメチルベンゼン、エチルベンゼンおよびn−ブチルベンゼンよりなる群から選択する請求項13〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ジメチルシクロペンタンが1,1−ジメチルシクロペンタン、1,2−ジメチルシクロペンタンおよび1,3−ジメチルシクロペンタンを含む請求項17に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素供給原料が:
25〜40容量%のn−ヘプタンと;
10〜28容量%のモノ分枝鎖C7と;
5〜15容量%のジ−分枝鎖C7と;
20〜40容量%のナフテンと
0〜5容量%の芳香族化合物と
からなる請求項1に記載の方法。 - 開環用触媒が金属機能と酸性機能との両者を有する請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 金属機能を、有効量の第VIII族金属を用いて行う請求項20に記載の方法。
- 金属機能を、有効量のFe、Ru、Os、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pdおよびその混合物を用いて行う請求項21に記載の方法。
- 金属機能を、有効量のRh、Ir、Ruおよびその混合物を用いて行う請求項22に記載の方法。
- 酸性機能をゼオライト材料により与える請求項20〜23のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 異性化触媒が超酸である請求項1〜24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 超酸が式MXn[ここでMは周期律表の第13、14、15および16族から選択される元素であり、Xはハロゲンであり、nは3〜6の整数である]のルイス酸である請求項25に記載の方法。
- ルイス酸をブレンステッド酸と組合せて用いる請求項26に記載の方法。
- ブレンステッド酸がHX[ここでXはハロゲンである]、フルオロ硫酸、トリフルオロメタンスルホン酸および/またはトリフルオロ酢酸である請求項27に記載の方法。
