Description
前記方法が、前記ナットを前記下孔に実質的に回転しないように固定し、前記ボルトに締付トルクを付与して該ボルトを前記ナットに対して前進させ、前記ボルトが前記ナットに対して前進する間、前記ナットの円錐面を前記膨張スリーブの下方部に係合さることによって、該下方部を外方へ膨出させ、前記ボルトが前記ナットに対して前進する間、前記シャフトの肩部を前記膨張スリーブの上方部に係合させることによって、該上方部を外方へ膨出させ、前記上方部が外方に膨出する前に、前記膨張スリーブの下方部を外方に膨出させ前記下穴の側壁に到達させるようにし、前記ナットを前記側壁に係合させることによって、該ナットが回転しないように前記下穴に固定させるようにした膨張アンカーの設置方法を要旨とする。

Claims (7)
- 概ね円筒状の側壁(103)を有する下孔(101)に設置可能な膨張アンカー(10)において、
頭部(24)と、該頭部の反対側の端部(26)と、ネジ部(27)とを備えたシャフト(22)を有するボルト(20)と、
前記シャフト(22)において前記頭部(24)と端部(25)の間に設けられた肩部(28)と、
前記肩部(28)と前記シャフトの端部(26)との間で前記シャフト(22)の周囲に配設され、膨出可能な上方部(32)と、膨出可能な下方部(34)とを有した膨張スリーブであって、前記上方部および下方部の双方が前記下穴の側壁に係合可能となっており、かつ、前記下方部(34)は、前記上方部(32)が外方へ膨出する前に外方へ膨出可能し前記側壁(103)に到達するようにした膨張スリーブ(30)と、
第1の直径を有する第1の端部(43)と、前記第1の直径よりも大きな第2の直径を有する第2の端部(44)の間に実質的に円錐状の表面(42)が形成され、かつ、前記シャフトのネジ部(27)と係合可能なネジ孔(45)を有するナット(40)と、
前記ボルト(20)の頭部(24)と前記膨張スリーブ(30)との間に配設され前記肩部(28)を形成する上部スリーブ(29)と、
前記ボルト(20)の頭部(24)と前記上部スリーブ(29)との間に配設されたワッシャ(50)とを具備し、
前記頭部(24)と前記ナット(40)との間の前記ボルト(20)のシャフト(22)の部分が、前記上部スリーブ(29)と前記膨張スリーブ(30)の一方により覆われ、膨張アンカーの剪断性能が高められており、
前記上部スリーブ(29)が、面取りされた上下端(25、23)を有し、前記ワッシャ(50)が前記ボルトのシャフト(22)の直径よりも大きな内径の孔を有しており、
前記上部スリーブ(29)の面取りされた上端(25)が前記ワッシャ(50)と前記ボルトのシャフト(22)との間に楔状に進入するようになっており、
前記シャフト(22)の前記ネジ部(27)が、前記ナット(40)のネジ孔(45)内を前進するとき、前記膨張スリーブの上方部(32)よりも早く前記膨張スリーブの下方部(34)が前記側壁(103)に到達可能なように、前記ナット(40)の前記円錐面(42)が前記膨張スリーブの下方部(34)と係合し、かつ、前記シャフトの肩部(28)が前記膨張スリーブの上方部(32)と係合可能となっており、
前記ナット(40)が、使用に際して、前記シャフト(22)のネジ部(27)が前記ナットのネジ孔(45)に対して前進するとき、前記下穴の側壁(103)に係合して該ナット(40)の回転が防止されるようになっている膨張アンカー。 - 前記ナット(40)は、使用に際して、前記シャフト(22)のネジ部(27)が前記ナットのネジ孔(45)に対して前進するとき、前記下穴の側壁(103)に係合して該ナット(40)の回転を防止するための少なくとも1つのエッジ(49)を含む請求項1に記載の膨張アンカー。
- 前記膨張スリーブの上方部(32)が、複数の上指部(33)を有し、前記下方部(34)が複数の下指部(35)を有しており、前記下指部(35)が前記上指部(33)よりも長くなっており、これにより前記シャフト(22)のネジ部(27)が前記ナット(40)のネジ孔(45)に対して前進するとき、前記上指部(33)が外方へ膨出する前に前記下指部(35)が外方へ膨出するようになっている請求項1に記載の膨張アンカー。
- 前記肩部(28)が前記シャフト(22)の中心軸線に関して第1の角度を以て傾斜し、前記ナット(40)の円錐面(42)が前記シャフト(22)の中心軸線に関して第2の角度を以て傾斜しており、これにより、前記ナット(40)のネジ孔(45)に対して前記シャフト(22)のネジ部(24)が前進するとき、前記膨張スリーブの上方部(32)が外方へ膨出する前に前記下方部(34)が外方へ膨出するようになっている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の膨張アンカー。
- 前記ナット(40)が、前記シャフト(22)の外径および前記膨張スリーブ(30)の外径よりも大きな外径を有している請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の膨張アンカー。
- 前記肩部(28)の外径が前記膨張スリーブ(30)の外径よりも大きくなっている請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の膨張アンカー。
- 前記シャフトのネジ部(27)が前記ナット(40)のネジ孔(45)に係合している請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の膨張アンカー。
