Description
一部のみを示したベルトドライブ装置1は、同様に一部のみを示した内燃機関2の補助装置(図示せず)のためのもので、内燃機関2に別個に設けられる付属装置4(有利には冷媒ポンプ)を駆動するための摩擦伝動装置3を有している。付属装置4は駆動車5を有し、駆動車5は摩擦伝動装置3のベルト側で駆動される摩擦車6と協働する。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の補助装置用ベルトドライブ装置であって、
−内燃機関(2)に別個に設けられる付属装置(4)を駆動するための摩擦車伝動装置(3)を備え、
−摩擦車伝動装置(3)がベルト側から駆動される摩擦車(6)を有し、摩擦車(6)が付属装置(4)の駆動車(5)と摩擦により係合し、
−摩擦車(6)が偏心装置(8’)により駆動車(5)に対し相対的に摩擦を調整可能に配置されている、前記ベルトドライブ装置において、
−摩擦車(6)が、さらに、内燃機関(2)または補助装置のドライブホイール(7)の巻き掛け領域に設けたベルト(1’)の外面と摩擦により協働し、
−摩擦車(6)が、内燃機関側に偏心回転運動可能に配置された、偏心装置(8’)の偏心部材(8)と、該偏心部材(8)に支持され、偏心部材(8)の偏心回転運動に伴って引張り方向または押出し方向に位置調整可能な回動アーム(9)とを介して、駆動車(5)およびベルト(1’)との永久係合位置で保持され、
−偏心部材(8)が、該偏心部材(8)の偏心軸線(13)に同軸の凹部(14)を有し、且つ該凹部(14)内に配置されている金属ブシュ(15)で偏心回転運動可能に支持され、
−金属ブシュ(15)が、一端(17)を内燃機関側に固定され他端(22)を偏心部材(8)に固定されて偏心部材(8)の偏心回転運動と回動アーム(9)の前記位置調整とを可能にするコイル回転ばね(10’)を受容しており、金属ブシュ(15)は該コイル回転ばね(10’)の前記一端(17)を介して回転不能に配置され、
−さらに金属ブシュ(15)が、偏心軸線(13)に同軸のボルト(18)を介して且つ偏心装置(8’)の固定カバー(19)の中間接続のもとに、内燃機関側の止め面(20)に対し摩擦で係止され、
−偏心部材(8)が止め面(20)と固定カバー(19)との間において軸線方向に遊びを持って金属ブシュ(15)上に配置されている、
ことを特徴とするベルトドライブ装置。 - 偏心部材(8)が回動アーム(9)の引張り方向または押出し方向に対し横方向に指向する偏心率(e)で出発位置として取付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の後調整装置。
- 回動アーム(9)が摩擦車(6)から遠い側の端部部分に形成されたアイレット(12)を介して偏心部材(8)で支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の後調整装置。
- −偏心部材(8)がプラスチックから形成され、
−コイル回転ばね(10’)の前記一端(17)が金属ブシュ(15)の底部(15’)を貫通するように配置されて内燃機関側の中空部(16)に形状拘束的に係合している、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の後調整装置。 - −金属ブシュ(15)が、固定カバー(19)側に、摩擦車(6)の後調整に対し周方向において対応的に適合する縁部分(21)を有し、該縁部分(21)は偏心軸線(13)に対し横方向に指向するコイル回転ばね(10’)の前記他端(22)であって偏心部材(8)に回転可能に係合するための前記他端(22)を自在に貫通させるためのものであること、
−金属ブシュ(15)が他の縁部分(23)を有し、該他の縁部分(23)は固定カバー(19)に配置される回転阻止突起(24)を係合させるためのものであること、
を特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の後調整装置。 - −偏心部材(8)が、滑り軸受ブシュ(25)の中間接続のもとに、プラスチックから形成される回動アーム(9)のアイレット(12)と結合し、
−偏心部材(8)がアイレット(12)に密に隣接するようにフォーク状の摩擦車受容部(26)を備えていること、
−回動アーム(9)の偏心装置(8’)が、付属装置(4)の駆動車(5)とベルト(1’)を部分的に巻き掛けたドライブホイール(7)との間に位置するように、内燃機関(2)の端面側に設けたふくらみ部(27)上に配置されていること、
を特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の後調整装置。 - −摩擦車(6)がプラスチックから形成されるスポークホイール体(28)を有し、
−スポークホイール体(28)が外周に配置されるゴム材製の載置部(29)を備えていること、
−スポークホイール体(28)が、一体に設け密封したころ軸受(31)を介して、回動アームフォーク部(26)の支持ピン(30)で支持されていること、
を特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の後調整装置。
