Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の吸気通路にコンプレッサを有し且つ前記内燃機関の排気通路にタービンを有するターボチャージャと、
前記タービンより下流の排気通路に設けられた排気浄化装置と、
前記排気浄化装置より下流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサより上流の吸気通路とを接続する低圧EGR通路と、
前記タービンより上流の排気通路と前記コンプレッサより下流の吸気通路とを接続する高圧EGR通路と、
前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて前記低圧EGR通路及び前記高圧EGR通路を切り替えて、或いは併用して前記内燃機関に排気を再循環させるEGR手段と、
前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて前記低圧EGR通路を介して前記内燃機関に再循環される低圧EGRガスの基本量及び前記高圧EGR通路を介して前記内燃機関に再循環される高圧EGRガスの基本量を決定するEGRガス量決定手段と、
前記排気浄化装置の温度を昇温させる昇温処理を行う昇温手段と、
高圧EGRガスの温度が所定の第2基準温度を超えているか否かを判定する判定手段と
、
前記昇温処理の実行終了後において、前記内燃機関の運転状態が、前記高圧EGR通路のみを用いて排気の再循環が行われる運転状態又は前記低圧EGR通路及び前記高圧EGR通路を併用して排気の再循環が行われる運転状態である時に、高圧EGRガスの温度が前記第2基準温度を超えていると前記判定手段によって判定される期間中は、高圧EGRガスの量を前記EGRガス量決定手段によって決定される前記高圧EGRガスの基本量より減少させる補正手段と、
を備えること特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 請求項1において、
前記補正手段は、前記昇温処理の実行終了後において、前記内燃機関の運転状態が、前記低圧EGR通路及び前記高圧EGR通路を併用して排気の再循環が行われる運転状態である時に、高圧EGRガスの温度が前記第2基準温度を超えていると前記判定手段によって判定される期間中は、高圧EGRガスの量を前記EGRガス量決定手段によって決定される前記高圧EGRガスの基本量より減少させるとともに、低圧EGRガスの温度が所定の低圧EGR増量可能条件を満たす場合には低圧EGRガスの量を前記EGRガス量決定手
段によって決定される前記低圧EGRガスの基本量より増加させる
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記補正手段は、前記昇温処理が終了した時点からの経過時間が長くなるほど高圧EGRガスの量の減少量を少なくすることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化システム。 - 請求項2において、
前記補正手段は、前記昇温処理が終了した時点からの経過時間が長くなるほど低圧EGRガスの量の増加量を少なくすることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化システム。
