Claims (59)
- 患者の膣の頭蓋の円蓋の壁に隣接する女性患者の子宮動脈に圧力を印加するための膣内装置であって、
a. 遠位の端部および、患者の膣の導管から広げるように構成された、近い方の端部を有するハンドル、
b. ハンドルの遠位の端部に位置し、そして、膣の頭蓋の円蓋に接近する、患者の子宮動脈の少なくとも一つを閉塞するために、患者の膣の頭蓋の円蓋を圧するように形成された遠位の端面を有する圧力印加部分、および
c. 患者の子宮動脈を位置決めするために、圧力印加部分上の血流センサ、
を備える装置。 - 前記圧力印加部分は、第1の圧力印加面および前記第1の圧力印加面から隔てられた第2の圧力印加面を備える請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記血流センサは、前記圧力印加部分の遠位の端面からそれた検査方位を有する少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶を備える請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は遠位の端面に開放自在に取り付けられる請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に一体的に形成される請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分に取り付けられた多数のドップラー水晶を備える請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶の各々は、平行な検査方位を有する請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶の各々は、遠位の端面と直交した検査方位を有する請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は、発散する検査方位を有する請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は、多数の検査方位を有し、前記多数の検査方位の第1のものは、圧縮用部分の遠位の端面と直交し、そして少なくとも検査方位の第2のものは、第1の検査方位に対して角度を有する請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に開放自在に取り付けられる請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は遠位の端面に一体的に形成される請求項6記載の装置。

- 遠位の端面からそれる方向の検査方位を有する前記圧力印加部分に取り付けられた少なくとも一つのドプラー水晶を更に備える請求項1記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は、遠位の端面に開放自在に取り付けられる請求項14記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は、遠位の端面に一体的に形成される請求項14記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は、圧力印加部分に取り付けられた多数のドップラー水晶を有する請求項14記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶の各々は、検査方位を有し、前記ドップラー水晶の検査方位は平行である請求項17記載の装置。
- ドップラー水晶は、発散する方位を含む検査方位を有する請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶の検査方位は、多数の検査方位を有し、前記多数の検査方位として第1の検査方位は、圧縮用部分の遠位の端面と直交し、そして少なくとも第2の検査方位は、第1の検査方位に対して角度を有する請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に開放自在に取り付けられる請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に一体的に形成される請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶は等間隔で互いに隔て配置される請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記側面は凹面である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記側面は平面である請求項1記載の装置。
- 膣の頭蓋の円蓋に接近した患者の子宮動脈を閉塞するための膣内装置であり、
a. 遠位の端部および、患者の膣の導管から広げるように構成された、近い方の端部を有するハンドル、および
b. 遠位の端面を含む一対の圧力印加部を持ち、かつ、女性患者の子宮の頚部を受け取るように形成された中空内部スペースを持つ、ハンドルの遠位の端部に位置する円筒状圧力印加部分、
を備え、子宮動脈の周囲に前記圧力印加部が位置した時に、双方の子宮動脈を閉塞できるように、遠位の端面が、女性患者の膣の頭蓋の円蓋に対して位置する装置。 - 前記圧力印加部分の中空のスペースは、約2cm〜約4cmである請求項26記載の装置。
- 前記円筒状の圧縮用部分の中空のスペースは、約3cmの内径を有する請求項26記載の装置。
- 圧力印加部分の遠位の端部に取り付けられた少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶を更に備える請求項26記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は、圧力印加部分の遠位の端面と直交する検査方位を有する請求項29記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は遠位の端面に開放自在に取り付けられる請求項29記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのドップラー水晶は圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に一体的に形成される請求項29記載の装置。
- 前記圧力印加部分に取り付けられた多数のドップラー水晶を更に備える請求項26記載の装置。
- ドップラー水晶の各々は、平行な検査方位を有する請求項33記載の装置。
- 前記ドップラー水晶の各々は、遠位の端面と直交した検査方位を有する請求項33記載の装置。

- 前記圧力印加部分は、近い方の端部および遠位の端面内の少なくとも一つの切り取りを含み、前記切り取りは、基部に遠位の端面の近傍から近い方の端面へ延在するスロットを含む請求項33記載の装置。
- 前記圧力印加部分の遠位の端面に二つの切り取りを更に備える請求項26記載の装置。
- 前記二つの切り取りは、遠位の端面の対向する側に位置する請求項43記載の装置。
- 前記圧力印加部分は、近い方の端部を有し、そして更に、圧力印加部分の遠位の端面近傍から圧力印加部分の近い方の端面へ延在する一対のスロットを含む請求項43記載の装置。
- 患者の子宮動脈を圧縮するのに有用な装置であって、
遠位の端部、近い方の端部および側面を有する圧力印加部分と、
圧力印加部分に取り付けられた力発生用要素と、
力発生用要素に取り付けられた力伝達ブロックと、
力伝達ブロックに取り付けられ、圧力印加部分の近傍へ延在する把持装置とを備え、
圧力印加部分が子宮頸の周りに配置され、把持装置が子宮頚管の中へ挿入されたとき、圧力印加部分と把持装置との間に配置された子宮動脈が圧縮されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記力発生用要素はヘリカルスプリングを備える請求項46記載の装置。
- 前記圧力印加部分は円筒状で中空の内部スペースを含み、そして、前記把持装置は、圧力印加部分の中空内部へ延在する請求項46記載の装置。
- 前記力伝達ブロックは、開放可能なロックを含み、この開放可能なブロックにより、前記把持装置が前記力伝達ブロックに取り付けられる請求項46記載の装置。
- 前記把持装置は、
a. 前記力伝達ブロックに取り付けられ、圧力印加部分に接近して延在する第1の要素と、
b. 近い方の端部、遠位の端部および爪を含む第2の要素と、
c. 第1の要素を第2の要素に取り付けるピボットとを備え、第2の要素の爪はピボットの遠位に位置する請求項46記載の装置。 - 前記把持装置は更に、第1の要素と第2の要素とを接続する開放可能なロックを備える請求項50に記載の装置。
- 圧力印加部分の近い方の端部は、前記力伝達ブロックの遠位の端部が前記把持装置から側方へひろがる距離よりも小さく、把持装置から側方にひろがる請求項46記載の装置。

- 患者の子宮動脈に圧力を印加するための装置であって、
遠位の端面、近い方の端部および側面を有する圧力印加部分と、
第1および第2のハンドル、前記第1および第2のハンドルにそれぞれ接続された第1および第2のアーム、および第1および第2のハンドルを回転可能に相互接続するピボットを有する把持装置とを備え、
第1のアームが患者の子宮頚管の中へ挿入され、第2のアームが子宮頚の周りに配置され、
圧力印加部分が患者の子宮頚の外側面に隣接して配置され、かつ、第2のアームが第1のアームに接近するように移動したとき、第1のアームと圧力印加部分との間に配置された子宮動脈に圧力を印加することを特徴とする装置。 - 第1のハンドルおよび第1のアームは、ピボットの箇所で第2のハンドルおよび第2のアームと交差する請求項55記載の装置。
- 第1および第2のハンドルが互いに近接した時、第1および第2のアームが互いに近接するように、第1および第2のハンドルおよび第1および第2のアームが構成、配置される請求項55記載の装置。
- 第1のアーム上に外側側方に広がる少なくとも一つの把持部を備える請求項55記載の装置。
- 第1および第2のアームの各々に把持部を備え、各把持部は外側側方に広がる請求項55記載の装置。
