Description
FEPA粒子サイズF36におけるTreibacher SchleifmittelのFRSKセミスペシャル溶融アルミナ
5個の切断ホイール毎に、最初に、780gの研磨粒子を55gの液体樹脂(フェノール樹脂)と混合し、引き続いてこの混合物を50.0重量%のフェノール粉末樹脂、25.0重量%のクライオライト、24.0重量%のパイライトおよび1.0重量%のCaOからなる240gの粉末混合物とブレンドした。この後、この混合物の対応する部分を178mmの直径と2.8mmの厚さのディスクにプレスし、180℃で14時間硬化させた。

Claims (11)
- 溶融あるいは焼結したコランダム、ジルコニウムコランダム、シリコンカーバイドおよびボロンカーバイドを含んでなる研磨粒子の群からの研磨粒子であり、かつ水性結合剤と複合微粒子酸化物化合物からなる被覆を備えた研磨粒子であって、前記複合微粒子の酸化物化合物が組成AxByOzのものであること、そしてAxおよびByが元素Aの群からの、あるいは元素Bの第2の群からの1種または数種の元素を各々含み、元素Aの群は元素の周期系におけるチタン、ジルコニウム、鉄、コバルトおよび/またはニッケル金属の群に関し、元素Bの群は元素の周期系におけるバナジウム、クロム、マンガン、亜鉛、スズおよび/またはアンチモン両性元素の群に関し、そしてOzはAxとByに対する化学量論的比で存在する酸素を含み、xおよびyは>0の自然数であり、そしてzは(x+y)の和と1 . 5〜2 . 5の間の乗数との積に相当することを特徴とする研磨粒子。
- シリケート結合剤を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の研磨粒子。
- コロイド状ケイ酸をシリケート結合剤として使用することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の研磨粒子。
- 前記被覆が非処理粒子の重量に対して0.05−5.0重量%の複合微粒子酸化物化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子。
- 前記被覆が好ましくは前記非処理粒子の重量に対して0.1−2.0重量%の複合微粒子酸化物化合物を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子。
- 前記被覆が前記非処理粒子の重量に対して0.05−2.0重量%の結合剤部分を含有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の研磨粒子。
- 前記結合剤の部分が好ましくは前記非処理粒子の重量に対して0.1−1.0重量%に達することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子。
- i.前記研磨粒子を初期段階において混合器中で液体シリケート結合剤により濡らし、
ii.前記濡らされた研磨粒子を第2段階において一般式AxByOzの複合微粒子酸化物化合物と混合し、そして前記複合微粒子酸化物化合物が前記研磨粒子の表面にわたって均等に分布されるまで混合し、そして
iii.最終的に、被覆の更に良好な接着を得るために、第3段階において前記このように被覆された研磨粒子を熱処理にかける
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子を処理するための方法。 - 段階i)およびii)における前記混合期間が各々0.5および5分に達することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記熱処理を100と900℃の間の温度で行うことを特徴とする請求項8あるいは9に記載の方法。
- 請求項の1から7のいずれか一つに記載の研磨粒子により製造される合成レジンボンド研磨剤。
