Description
Claims (4)
- 胎児の心臓に対して超音波を送受波する送受波手段と、
前記超音波の送受波によって取得されたデータに基づいて前記胎児の心臓の周期的な運動によって生じる心臓形態の時間変化を表す複数の心拍にわたる運動情報を計測する手段であって、前記超音波の送受波によって取得された断層画像形成用エコーデータに基づいて各フレームごとに前記胎児の心臓における注目部分に相当する領域を抽出する抽出部と、前記各フレームごとに前記注目部分に相当する領域について面積を演算する面積演算部と、前記運動情報として前記各フレームごとに演算される面積についての時間変化を表すグラフを作成するグラフ作成部と、を有する運動情報計測手段と、
前記グラフを平滑化する平滑化手段と、
前記運動情報としての前記平滑化されたグラフに基づいて、前記胎児の心臓の周期的な運動における各心拍ごとの拡張末期の面積及び収縮末期の面積を計測する計測手段と、
前記各心拍ごとの拡張末期の面積及び収縮末期の面積に基づいて、前記各心拍ごとに前記胎児の心臓についての機能を評価するための評価値を演算する評価値演算手段と、
を含み、
心電信号が観測できない胎児の心臓について前記各心拍ごとに評価値が演算されることを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記注目部分は前記胎児の心臓における左室及び右室であり、
前記左室及び前記右室のそれぞれについて、前記グラフが作成され且つ前記評価値が演算される、
ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記計測手段は拡張末期特定部を含み、
前記拡張末期特定部は、前記グラフ上に複数の極大値が存在している場合に、胎児の心臓についての標準的心拍周期よりも小さい判定時間を1心拍内最大値探索ウインドとして利用して前記複数の極大値の中から前記拡張末期の面積を特定する、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記グラフと、当該グラフ上における前記拡張末期及び前記収縮末期を表すマークと、を有する波形画像を表示する表示処理手段を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
