Description
Claims (7)
- 心臓の超音波画像上において、心筋収縮をもたらす電気信号の心臓内伝導経路上に、当該伝導経路の上流から下流にかけて、ユーザーが複数の観測点を設定するための設定手段と、
前記各観測点をトラッキングすることにより前記各観測点の時間的変位を求めるトラッキング手段と、
前記複数の観測点についての時間的変位が表された複数の変位波形を生成する波形生成手段と、
時間軸を共通にしつつ前記電気信号の到達順で前記複数の変位波形を上下方向に順番に並べて表示すると共に、前記複数の変位波形が有する心拍ごとの複数の代表点を相互に繋げた連絡曲線を表示する表示手段と、
前記複数の変位波形を共通時間軸上で解析することにより、前記複数の観測点についての運動時間差として局所的収縮の発生タイミングの時間差を演算する解析手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記複数の観測点には近位観測点と遠位観測点とが含まれ、
前記複数の変位波形には前記近位観測点に対応する近位変位波形と前記遠位観測点に対応する遠位変位波形とが含まれ、
前記解析手段は前記近位変位波形に対する前記遠位変位波形の相対的な遅れを前記運動時間差として演算する、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項2記載の装置において、
前記解析手段は、
前記近位変位波形の解析により、前記電気信号の到達によって生じた局所的収縮の発生タイミングを近位収縮タイミングとして特定する第1波形解析手段と、
前記遠位変位波形の解析により、前記電気信号の到達によって生じた局所的収縮の発生タイミングを遠位収縮タイミングとして特定する第2波形解析手段と、
前記近位収縮タイミングと前記遠位収縮タイミングとの間の時間計測により前記運動時間差を演算する時間解析手段と、
を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項3記載の装置において、
前記解析手段は、前記近位変位波形及び前記遠位変位波形の解析に際して、それらの波形を心拍ごとに区分する区分け処理を実行する区分け処理手段を含み、
前記区分け処理の実行後に心拍ごとに前記運動時間差が演算される、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記各観測点に対して変位計測方向を定める手段を含む、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記連結曲線は左上から右下へ流れる線である、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、
前記心臓は胎児の心臓である、ことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。
