Claims (10)
- 互いに噛み合い且つ片持ち状態で支持されて同方向回転する2軸押出機の混練スクリューであって、
前記混練スクリューの軸方向に組み込まれ、混練対象物の混練を行う少なくとも2つの混練用ロータセグメントを備え、
前記混練用ロータセグメントには、螺旋状の混練翼及び前記軸方向と平行な混練翼のうちの少なくともいずれかが形成され、
前記軸方向に相互に隣り合うように設けられた同じ向きの捩れ角を有する混練用ロータセグメントが、相互に隣り合う両混練用ロータセグメントの各軸方向中心位置における翼頂部の位相を、相互に隣り合うセグメント端部の翼頂部の位相が同一になるよう配置された場合よりも、さらに相互にずらした混練用ロータセグメント集合体として前記混練スクリューに組み込まれており、
前記混練用ロータセグメント集合体は、2つの翼頂部を有する2条の螺旋状の混練翼を備え、且つ、各混練用ロータセグメントの軸方向長さが、当該各混練用ロータセグメントの外径以下であるとともに外径の1/4以上であることを特徴とする、混練スクリュー。 - 前記2軸押出機は、前記混練対象物を混練するための複数の混練部を有し、
前記混練用ロータセグメント集合体は、前記混練対象物が前記2軸押出機に供給される側に最も近い第1混練部に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の混練スクリュー。 - 前記混練用ロータセグメント集合体は、相互に隣り合う両混練用ロータセグメントの各軸方向中心位置における翼頂部の位相を、48°〜147°の位相差で相互にずらして前記混練スクリューに組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の混練スクリュー。
- 前記位相差が、78°〜115°であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の混練スクリュー。
- 前記混練用ロータセグメント集合体の各混練用ロータセグメントは、螺旋状の混練翼を形成したものであって、且つ、軸方向長さが、当該各混練用ロータセグメントの外径の1/2以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の混練スクリュー。
- 前記混練用ロータセグメント集合体が、1つのセグメントとして一体形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の混練スクリュー。
- 請求項1乃至請求項6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の混練スクリューを、互いに噛み合い且つ同方向回転するように備えていることを特徴とする、2軸押出機。
- 互いに噛み合い且つ片持ち状態で支持されて同方向回転する2軸押出機の混練スクリューの組み立て方法であって、
2つの翼頂部を有する2条の混練翼を備えた少なくとも2つの混練用ロータセグメントが、混練スクリュー軸方向に相互に隣り合うものであって、軸方向長さが当該各混練用ロータセグメントの外径以下かつ外径の1/4以上であり、同じ向きの捩れ角を有する両混練用ロータセグメントの各軸方向中心位置における翼頂部の位相を、相互に隣り合うセグメント端部の翼頂部の位相が同一になるよう配置された場合よりも、さらに相互にずらして前記混練スクリューに組み込まれる組込工程を備えていることを特徴とする、混練スクリューの組み立て方法。 - 前記組込工程において、前記混練スクリュー軸方向に相互に隣り合う前記混練用ロータセグメントが、相互に隣り合う両混練用ロータセグメントの各軸方向中心位置における翼頂部の位相を、48°〜147°の位相差で相互にずらして前記混練スクリューに組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の混練スクリューの組み立て方法。
- 前記位相差が、78°〜115°であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の混練スクリューの組み立て方法。
