本发明公开了一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法,简单易行,用时短,主要通过如下步骤来实现的:(1)拆螺杆前,首先把机筒温度升到300摄氏度左右。(2)转动螺杆,采用PE料将机筒上次残留的PE夹带的尼龙料清洁干净,然后用润滑剂乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺和线性低密度聚乙烯混合再次清洁螺杆。(3)停止螺杆转动,打开挤出机摸头,拧开螺杆和套筒的固定螺丝。(4)双螺杆拔出后,用铜刷清洁螺杆。(5)用气枪吹干净机筒,再安装新组合好的螺杆。本发明方法简单易行,拆装螺杆时间短,效率高,实施该方法的设备成本低。<!--1-->

一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及工程塑料改性加工领域,特别涉及一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法。
背景技术
工程塑料改性生产中,因配方生产需要,常常要对双螺杆挤出机的螺杆组合进行重新排列组合。普通的拆装螺杆过程,都是用PE、PP、ABS,甚至用一些高粘度的树脂如PC等稍微清理一下机筒,然后就直接进行人工拔螺杆。这种操作方式存在的问题是,笨重的螺杆难以拔出,常需要四至五个人的齐心协力,甚至是生拉硬拽才能把螺杆强行拔出,耗费大量的人力、物力和时间,而且螺杆拔出后不易清洁,导致对螺杆进行重新排列组合时无法正常安装或者安装困难而消耗大量时间。
上述方法还存在的缺点是容易导致螺杆在拉拔过程中变形,使再次安装比较困难。而国外的专用螺杆拔出设备,但是成本太高,一般的小企业难以承受。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法,简单易行,拆装螺杆的时间从大半天甚至一整天降到只需一至两个小时,效率高,实施该方法的设备成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法,包括如下步骤
(1)拆螺杆前,把机筒温度升到300摄氏度左右;
(2)转动螺杆,用PE料将机筒上次残留的PE夹带的尼龙料清洁干净,然后用润滑剂和线性低密度聚乙烯混合再次清洁螺杆。
(3)停止螺杆转动,打开挤出机摸头,拧开螺杆和套筒的固定螺丝。此时,只需很少的拉拔力就可以将螺杆从机筒中滑出。
(4)双螺杆拔出后,稍微用铜刷清洁一下螺杆。
这样整条螺杆就很干净了,然后根据产品配方的要求,重新排列组合一下换上相应的螺杆组合,将双螺杆组装好,准备安装螺杆。
(5)用气枪吹干净机筒,把里面的杂物清洁干净,此时就可以轻松的装上新组合好的螺杆了。
进一步,所述润滑剂采用乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺,作为螺杆清洁剂。
上述步骤(2)中所述螺杆以中等转速100-200RPM运转五分钟,使润滑剂与聚乙烯混合物浸润到每个位置,保证了机筒残余树脂和洗机料的彻底排除,清洁更干净。
本发明的有益效果是,拆螺杆时,无需花太大的拉拔力就可以让螺杆从机筒中拔出,节约了大量时间;
螺杆拔出后,螺纹元件表面都附上了一些软胶,完全清除了生产过程中粘附在螺杆表面的尼龙、玻璃纤维等难清除的物质,清洁起来非常方便快捷,节约了大量螺杆清洁时间。
重新组合螺纹元件时,也很容易的对螺纹元件进行排列组合,节约了大量的时间。

实施例:
参看图1,本发明所述一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)拆螺杆前,把机筒温度升到300摄氏度左右;
(2)转动螺杆,用PE料将机筒上次残留的PE夹带的尼龙料清洁干净,然后用润滑剂乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺和线性低密度聚乙烯混合再次清洁螺杆,使螺杆在中等转速运转5分钟左右,保证润滑剂浸润到即通过中的每个位置,也保证了机筒残余树脂和洗机料的彻底排除。
(3)停止螺杆转动,打开挤出机摸头,拧开螺杆和套筒的固定螺丝,此时,只需很少的拉拔力就可以将螺杆从机筒中滑出。
(4)双螺杆拔出后,稍微用铜刷清洁一下螺杆,整条螺杆就很干净了,然后根据产品配方的要求,重新排列组合一下换上相应的螺杆组合,将双螺杆组装好,准备安装螺杆。
(5)用气枪吹干净机筒,把里面的杂物清洁干净,此时就可以轻松的装上新组合好的螺杆了。
上述步骤(2)中所述螺杆以中等转速100-200RPM运转五分钟,使润滑剂与聚乙烯混合物浸润到每个位置,清洁更干净。
上述方法中采用了润滑剂乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺(化学简称:EB-G或EBS)和使用了线性聚乙烯同时作为螺杆清洁剂,清洁效果更佳。

1.一种快速拆装双螺杆挤出机螺杆的方法,其特征在于,通过以下步骤完成:
(1)拆螺杆前,首先把机筒温度升到300摄氏度左右;
(2)转动螺杆,螺杆以中等转速100-200RPM运转五分钟,用PE料将机筒上次残留的PE夹带的尼龙料清洁干净,然后用乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺和线性低密度聚乙烯混合再次清洁螺杆;
(3)停止螺杆转动,打开挤出机摸头,拧开螺杆和套筒的固定螺丝;
(4)双螺杆拔出后,用铜刷清洁螺杆;
(5)用气枪吹干净机筒,再安装新组合好的螺杆。
