Claims (7)
- 回転軸のまわりを回転する回転体に配置された回転側光素子と、
固定体に配置された固定側光素子と、
を備え、前記回転側光素子と前記固定側光素子との間で非接触によりデータの送受信を行う非接触コネクタであって、
前記回転側光素子と前記固定側光素子とは、それぞれ前記回転軸と略直交する前記回転体の円盤面上と前記固定体の円盤面上に設けられるとともに、それぞれの円盤面に対して共に傾斜して設けられて、前記回転軸に対して傾斜した光路を形成し、
更に、前記回転体と前記固定体との間に、前記回転側光素子又は前記固定側光素子から発光した光を通過させるアパーチャを備えることを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の非接触コネクタにおいて
前記アパーチャは前記発光した光を透過させる複数の穴を有し、前記各穴の幅は、前記光素子のうち一方を発光素子、他方を受光素子とした場合、前記穴の一端に受光素子が位置しているときに前記穴の他の一端にも受光素子が位置する大きさであることを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。 - 請求項2記載の非接触コネクタにおいて、
前記アパーチャに設けられた前記穴の幅は、最短距離にある2つの前記発光素子が1つの前記受光素子に同時に出力されない大きさである、ことを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の非接触コネクタにおいて、
前記回転側光素子は、前記回転体であって前記回転軸の略中央に配置されている、ことを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の非接触コネクタにおいて、
前記光素子は前記回転軸を中心とする半径の異なる同心円上に複数個配置されることを特徴とする非接触コネクタ - 請求項1記載の非接触コネクタにおいて、
前記固定側光素子から出力されたデータが入力され、当該データがどのチャンネルの入力データであるかを識別して、前記データを前記チャンネルに対応する出力チャンネルに出力する切替え手段を有している、ことを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。 - 請求項1記載の非接触コネクタにおいて、
前記回転体及び前記固定体の双方にトランス巻線を備え、前記巻線により前記固定体から前記回転体に非接触で電源を供給するようにした、ことを特徴とする非接触コネクタ。
