Claims (7)
- 牽引力および推力を伝達することができ、一方では、柔軟で必要な場合には補強したプラスチック材料からできていて、その一方の面上、すなわち内面(10,10’)上に、それぞれが2つの側面(6,6’)と、前部の横方向の能動面(7,7’)と、ほぼ直線状の縦方向の面(20,20’)により分離している後部の横方向の能動面(8,8’)とを備える、部分(5,5’)で分離している等間隔なスタッド(2,2’)を有する2つの同じ作動ベルト(1,1’)を備え、他方では、これら部材(3)の上流においては作動ベルトが独立していて、その下流においては前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)の各対向内面(10,10’)上に設けられている対向スタッド(2,2’)が相互に係合し、前記作動ベルト(1,1’)の一方のスタッド(2,2’)の前記前部および後部の横方向の能動面(7,7’;8,8’)が、それぞれ、直線に沿って延びていて、前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)が一体になる部分を形成している前記他方の作動ベルト(1’,1)の2つの関連する隣接スタッド(2’,2)の前記後部および前部の横方向の能動面(8’,8;7’,7)に押しつけられるような方法で前記ベルトを並進するために、前記作動ベルト(1,1’)の他方の面、すなわち外面(11,11’)上に位置する歯(4,4’)と協力する駆動部材(3)を備えるリニア・アクチュエータであって、
これらのベルト(2,2’)が一体になった場合に、該ベルトが形成する直線部分が隙間を形成しないように、前記作動ベルト(1,1’)のスタッド(2,2’)間の空間の形状および寸法が前記スタッドのそれと同じであることと、
前記スタッド(2,2’)およびこれらのスタッド(2,2’)の前記縦方向の面(20,20’)を分離している前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)の各内面(10,10’)の前記部分(5’,5)が歯(4,4’)を有し、前記ベルト(1,1’)の一方のスタッド(2,2’)の縦方向の面(20,20’)の歯(4,4’)が、前記リニア・アクチュエータが単一の硬質バーとして動作するように、前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)が一体になった場合に、これらの歯の間に適合しながら、そのスタッド(2,2’)に関連する前記2つのスタッド(2’,2)間に位置する他方のベルト(1’,1)の内面(10’,10)の部分(5’,5)の対応する歯(4’,4)と協力することを特徴とするリニア・アクチュエータ。 - 一方では、前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)の各外面(11,11’)上に位置する歯(4,4’)、他方では、前記スタッド(2,2’)の各縦方向の面(20,20’)上およびこれらのスタッドを分離している前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)の各内面(10,10’)の一部(5,5’)上に位置する歯が同じであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 前記作動ベルト(1,1’)の前記スタッド(2,2’)の各前部の横方向の能動面(7,7’)および後部の横方向の能動面(8,8’)それぞれが、二重曲率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1および2の何れか1項に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 前記スタッド(2,2’)の前記前部および後部の横方向の能動面(7,7’;8,8’)が、前記2つの作動ベルト(1,1’)が一体になった場合に互いに符合して前記隣接スタッド(2,2’)相互の横方向のスライドを完全に防止する二重の肩部(9)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動部材(3)が、2つの回転ピニオン、すなわち、駆動ピニオン(13)と被駆動ピニオン(13’)を収容しているケーシング(12)からなり、前記2つの回転ピニオンが相互に係合していて、それぞれ前記作動ベルト(1,1’)の一方の面および他方の面上に装着されていて、その外面上に歯(21,21’)を備えている2つのエンドレス・キャタピラ・タイプのバンド(18,18’)をそれぞれ駆動し、前記歯が、これらのベルト(1,1’)の外面(11,11’)上に位置している歯(4,4’)と協力し、その対向するスタッド(2,2’)が相互に係合するように、前記ベルトを相互に押しつけながら前記ベルトを並進するように、これらの歯の間に適合していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 前記2つの回転ピニオン(13,13’)が、前記エンドレス・キャタピラ・タイプのバンド(18,18’)を駆動するために、同じ直径の各アイドル補助ギヤ(17,17’)に協力する直径が小さい方の歯がついている各延長部(15,15’)により同軸状態で延びていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動部材(3)のケーシング(12)が、前記回転ピニオン(13,13’)の軸X−X’にほぼ垂直な軸Y−Y’を有し、前記2つの一体になっている作動ベルト(1,1’)が形成する前記アクチュエータの直線部分の一方の面および他方の面上で、これらベルト(1,1’)の前記スタッド(2,2’)の側面(6,6’)と係合している少なくとも一組の位置決めローラ(22)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5および6の何れか1項に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
