Description

気相流動床生産用反応器で、MDPEフィルム生成物(エチレン−1−ヘキセンコポリマー、密度=0.937g/cm3、溶融流量 MFR(21.6/190℃)=12〜14g/10分間)を、クロム触媒(シリカゲル担体、0.2重量%クロム)を用いて、9t/時の出力及び21バールの反応器圧において調製した。本発明による実施例1及び2では、反応器ガスが循環ガスライン中に入った直後、及びサイクロン中に入る前に、ヘキサン中のAtmer 163(製造者:Unigema、20℃における化合物の蒸気圧:600Pa)の溶液を、循環ガスライン中に、ノズルを介して計り入れた。Atmer 163の濃度は、溶液の総量に基づいて、0.5重量%であった。Atomer 163を計り入れた速度は、4.5g/時であった。反応器出力に基づくと、これは0.6ppmの量に相当する。この添加の結果として、触媒の生産性は変化しない。比較例3及び4では、触媒毒を加えなかった。比較例2及び4は、サイクロンなしの重合プラントで行なった。
Claims (9)
- エチレン及びプロペンのホモポリマー及びコポリマーを調製するための連続気相重合方法であって、エチレン、プロペン、又はエチレン及びプロペン及びC3−C8−α−モノオレフィンを含む混合物を、気相重合反応器の重合帯において、気相中、触媒の存在下で微粉状ポリマーを含む床中において、30〜125℃の温度及び1〜100バールの圧力で重合させ、重合熱を除去するために反応器ガスを循環させ、循環反応器ガスを、反応器を出た後に最初にサイクロンを通過させ、循環ガス系内の最高温度を超える沸点を有する触媒毒をこの循環ガス系中に、反応器とサイクロンとの間の箇所で供給して、循環ガス系内のポリマー堆積物を防止する方法。
- 重合が、流動床反応器において行なわれる、請求項1記載の連続気相重合方法。
- 供給される触媒毒が、官能基−NR2、−NR−、−OR、−O−、=O、−OS、−S−及び=S[この場合、Rは水素又は、炭素原子1〜8個を有するアルキルラジカルである]の少なくとも1つを含有する化合物又は化合物の混合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の連続気相重合方法。
