Abstract

"PROCESSO DE POLIMERIZAçãO EM FASE GASOSA CONTìNUO PARA PREPARAR HOMOPOLìMEROS E COPOLìMEROS DE ETILENO E PROPENO". Processo de polimerização em fase gasosa contínuo para preparar homopolímeros e copolímeros de etileno e propeno, cujo etileno, propeno ou n-listuras compreendendo etileno ou propeno e <244>-monoolefinas C~ 3~-C~ 8~ são polimerizados na zona polimerizadora de um reator de polimerização em fase gasosa de 30 a 125<198>C e pressões de 1 a 100 bar na fase gasosa em um leito compreendendo polímero finamente dividido na presença de um catalisador. Para remover o calor da polimerização, o gás do reator é circulado primeiramente passando através de um ciclone após deixar o reator. Para evitar os depósitos de polímero no sistema de gás circulante, um contaminante de catalisador tendo um ponto de ebulição acima de temperatura máxima no sistema de gás circulante é alimentado neste sistema de gás circulante em uma posição entre o reator e o ciclone.
