Claims (8)
- 液晶が充填された容器と、
前記容器に充填された液晶を吸入して吐出する吐出ポンプと、
前記吐出ポンプから吐出された液晶を基板に滴下するノズルと、
基板に形成されたスペーサの高さに基づいて液晶の滴下量を算出し、前記吐出ポンプを制御して基板上に算出された量の液晶を滴下する制御部と、及び
前記吐出ポンプと接触し、該吐出ポンプの固定角度を変化させることで液晶の吐出量を調節する液晶容積量調節部材を含むことを特徴とする液晶滴下装置において、
前記液晶容積量調節部材を駆動するモータと、
前記液晶容積量調節部材と螺合され、モータの駆動により回転して前記液晶容積量調節部材を直線運動させる回転軸と、
前記容器と吐出ポンプとを連結する第1連結管と、
前記第1連結管の端部に設置されて容器に形成されたパッドに挿入され、内部が通孔されて容器の液晶が流入するピンと、
前記吐出ポンプとノズルとを連結する、透明な物質からなる第2連結管とを更に含み、 前記第2連結管の近傍に設置され、吐出ポンプから吐出される液晶に気泡が含まれているかを感知する第1感知部を更に含むことを特徴とする液晶滴下装置。 - 前記モータは、ステップモータであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶滴下装置。
- 前記吐出ポンプは、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に挿入され、下部の所定領域に溝が形成されて回転及び上下運動を行うことで液晶を吸入及び吐出するピストンと、
前記ピストンの運動により液晶が吸入及び吐出される吸入口及び吐出口と、
から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶滴下装置。 - 前記吐出ポンプが固定される固定部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3記載の液晶滴下装置。
- 前記固定部は、吐出ポンプのピストンが固定されてピストンを回転運動させる回転部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の液晶滴下装置。
- 前記ピストンにはバーが形成され、前記回転部材にはホールが形成され、前記バーがホールに回動自在に挿入されることでピストンが回転部材に固定されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の液晶滴下装置。
- 前記吐出ポンプの液晶の容積量は、ピストンが回転部材に固定される角度によって異なることを特徴とする請求項5記載の液晶滴下装置。
- 前記ノズルの近傍に設置され、ノズルの表面に液晶が凝結したことを感知する第2感知部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶滴下装置。
