Claims (23)
- 第1収縮構造を採り、少なくも第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料を含む円筒状閉塞部材を有し、前記円筒状閉塞部材が脈管内の流体に接触した時に、半径方向に膨張して第2構造を採る脈管閉塞装置において、
前記第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料は、再造形可能な細胞外コラーゲンマトリックスから派生したものである
ことを特徴とする脈管閉塞装置。 - 前記脈管は、静脈、動脈、瘤袋、ファロピオン管、精管のいずれかである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、その中を軸方向に伸びる機能的通路を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料は、スポンジ状シートを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記スポンジ状シートは、親液化した粘膜下組織を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、第1構造時の第1直径を、第2構造時の第2直径を有し、
前記第2直径は、前記第1直径の最大2倍である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 第2材料をさらに含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2材料は、親液化した粘膜下組織、または親液化し架橋構造の粘膜下組織である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、巻回構造を採る
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は7に記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、巻回構造を採り、さらに第2材料を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項7−9のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、重ね折りした層構造を採る
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料は、巻回構造の粘膜下組織のシートである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料は、厚さが約1mmの粘膜下組織のシートである
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - (a) 脈管壁の方向に向かって拡張する偏向力を有するフレームと、
(b) 前記フレームを包囲し、配偶子の通過を阻止する為に脈管を閉塞し、第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料製の少なくとも1枚のシートと、
(c) 前記フレームに取り付けられた放射線不透過マーカーと
をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記第1の膨張可能なコラーゲン材料は、流体に接触した時に膨張するスポンジ状材料である
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。 - 前記第1材料は、親液化した粘膜下組織シートであり、
前記第2シート材料は、非親液化の粘膜下組織である
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。 - 前記第1シート材料は、親液化した粘膜下組織の1枚のシート、あるいは空気乾燥した粘膜下組織の1枚のシートである
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。 - 放射線不透過材料から形成され、前記フレームと第1シート材料に螺旋状に取り付けられたワイヤをさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。 - 前記第1および/または第2の粘膜下組織は第1端部と第2端部とを有し、前記フレームは、第1端部と第2端部とを有する金属製のループ形状をしたフレームである
ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置。 - 前記フレームの第1端部と第2端部とは、前記閉塞部材の先端部から伸び、前記閉塞部材が配置されると、ファロピオン管の壁に係合する
ことを特徴とする請求項14と19のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、その中を伸びる開口を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項14と20のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 分配用カテーテル組み立体をさらに有し、
前記分配用カテーテル組み立て体は、
第1遠位部位とその中を伸びる内腔とを有する第1カテーテルと、
前記内腔内を伸び、前記第1遠位部位を超えて伸びる第2遠位部位を有する同軸ガイドワイヤカテーテルと を有し、
前記閉塞部材は、前記同軸ガイドワイヤカテーテルの第2遠位部位上に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記閉塞部材は、前記分配用カテーテル組み立体上に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の装置。
