本发明公开了一种脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,包括设置开口的外壳和装在外壳内的内芯,内芯主要由明胶海绵制成,外壳主要由具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料制成;本发明的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓不仅可以使明胶海绵立刻发挥止血作用,还可以防止明胶海绵过早地吸水膨胀,从而轻松地将其推送至穿刺道深部且不容易被血液冲出,待外壳溶化后释放出全部明胶海绵颗粒发挥持久止血作用,具有确切、可靠、良好、彻底的封堵和止血效果,能够有效地治疗穿刺道少量出血,减少或杜绝二次出血和大出血的风险,对穿刺道大出血也能起到较好的止血效果,且材料来源广泛、成本低廉、制备简单、使用方便、无任何毒副作用,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药领域,特别涉及一种脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓。
背景技术
介入治疗是在医学影像设备的引导下,将专用医疗器械插入人体特定部位进行疾病诊断和治疗的方法。经皮穿刺术是介入治疗的基础,其目的是建立通道(包括血管与非血管通道)以完成后续的诊断或治疗过程。近年来,经皮脏器(如肝脏、脾脏、肾脏等)穿刺活检、经皮穿刺肿瘤局部治疗(如射频消融术、化学消融术、放射性粒子植入术等)和经皮穿刺置管介入治疗(如门静脉分支栓塞术、门静脉内溶栓术、局部灌注化疗术、肝静脉开通术等)在临床应用日益广泛、发展迅速。虽然介入治疗属于微创性治疗,但其仍然存在穿刺道大出血的风险,尤其是射频消融治疗患者和经皮穿刺置管介入治疗患者,治疗后穿刺道大出血的风险较大。
目前,临床上主要采用术后静脉给予止血药物、明胶海绵颗粒封堵穿刺道、射频烧灼穿刺道等方法处理介入治疗后穿刺道少量出血。但上述方法存在止血不彻底、止血效果不可靠、有二次出血的风险等不足,对于穿刺道大出血更是无法起到止血效果。特别是采用明胶海绵颗粒封堵穿刺道进行止血时,因明胶海绵颗粒吸水膨胀速度快,往往在未推送至穿刺道深部前即过度膨胀而无法继续推送,且因穿刺道内压力较高,散在的明胶海绵颗粒很容易被血液冲出穿刺道,从而导致封堵和止血不彻底,造成二次出血或患者死亡等严重后果。此外,上述过程还存在操作复杂、耗时,有可能造成穿刺道的二次损伤等不利因素。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,具有确切、可靠、良好、彻底的封堵和止血效果,能够有效地治疗穿刺道少量出血,减少或杜绝二次出血和大出血的风险,对穿刺道大出血也能起到较好的止血效果。
为达到此目的,本发明提供了一种脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,包括设置开口的外壳和装在外壳内的内芯,所述内芯主要由明胶海绵制成,所述外壳主要由具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料制成。
进一步,所述内芯中还加入止血药物,所述止血药物选自凝血酶、氨甲环酸和抑肽酶中的一种或多种;
进一步,所述止血药物为凝血酶;
进一步,所述具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料选自明胶、胶原蛋白、淀粉、海藻酸钙、聚乙烯醇、甲基纤维素和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种;
进一步,所述具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料为明胶;
进一步,所述外壳为一端开口的桶状结构;
进一步,所述内芯填满外壳并与外壳开口端平齐;
进一步,所述外壳的底部厚度大于侧壁厚度。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓采用在明胶海绵内芯外包裹外壳的方式,既可以防止明胶海绵过早地吸水膨胀,从而轻松地将其推送至穿刺道深部,又可以使其不容易被血液冲出穿刺道;采用外壳设置开口的方式,可以使明胶海绵内芯立刻发挥止血作用;采用具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料制备外壳,待其溶化后可以释放出全部明胶海绵颗粒,发挥持久止血作用,且其在体内能够降解完全,无任何毒副作用;此外,采用将明胶海绵颗粒和其它止血药物混合制成内芯的方式,可以进一步提高止血效果;采用外壳为一端开口的桶状结构的方式,与穿刺道的形状相匹配,可以达到更好的封堵效果;采用内芯填满外壳并与外壳开口端平齐的方式,可以更方便、更迅速地将止血封堵栓推送至穿刺道深部,并达到更好的封堵效果;采用外壳的底部厚度大于侧壁厚度的方式,更加有利于止血封堵栓的推送;因此,本发明的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓具有确切、可靠、良好、彻底的封堵和止血效果,能够有效地治疗穿刺道少量出血,减少或杜绝二次出血和大出血的风险,对穿刺道大出血也能起到较好的止血效果;此外,本发明的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓还具有材料来源广泛、成本低廉、制备简单、使用方便、患者术后无需卧床和再使用止血药物,减轻患者心理负担和经济负担等优点,能够取得较好的经济效益和社会效益,应用前景广阔。

以下将参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
图1为优选实施例的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓的纵向剖视图,图2为优选实施例的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓的横向剖视图,如图所示,本实施例的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓包括外壳1和内芯2,外壳1为一端开口的桶状结构,且底部厚度大于侧壁厚度,内芯2填满外壳1并与外壳1的开口端平齐;外壳1主要由明胶制成,内芯2主要由明胶海绵颗粒压制而成;本实施例的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓可根据临床常用的穿刺套针或置入导管的直径和长度制成各种相应规格。在临床应用时,根据手术使用的穿刺针鞘或置入导管鞘的直径和长度选择相应规格的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,在穿刺完成或介入治疗完成后,采用穿刺针芯或置入导管芯经穿刺针鞘或置入导管鞘将止血封堵栓推送至穿刺道深部,同时退出穿刺针鞘或置入导管鞘即可。
当然,本发明脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓的内芯除了用明胶海绵颗粒制备以外,还可以将明胶海绵颗粒与临床常用的其它止血药物组合后进行制备,以进一步提高止血效果,这些止血药物可选自凝血酶、氨甲环酸和抑肽酶中的一种或多种;本发明脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓的外壳除了用明胶制备以外,还可以用其它具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料进行制备,这些材料可选自胶原蛋白、淀粉、海藻酸钙、聚乙烯醇、甲基纤维素和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种,同样可以达到本发明目的。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过参照本发明的优选实施例已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

1.脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,其特征在于:包括设置开口的外壳和装在外壳内的内芯,所述内芯主要由明胶海绵制成,所述外壳主要由具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料制成;所述外壳为一端开口的桶状结构;所述内芯填满外壳并与外壳开口端平齐;所述外壳的底部厚度大于侧壁厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,其特征在于:所述内芯中还加入止血药物,所述止血药物选自凝血酶、氨甲环酸和抑肽酶中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,其特征在于:所述止血药物为凝血酶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,其特征在于:所述具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料选自明胶、胶原蛋白、淀粉、海藻酸钙、聚乙烯醇、甲基纤维素和羟丙基甲基纤维素中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的脏器穿刺道止血封堵栓,其特征在于:所述具有亲水性和溶解性的生物可降解材料为明胶。
