Claims (2)
- 制御部材に接続された1つの端部を有する可撓性ケーブル(2)と、
その内部に前記可撓性ケーブル(2)が取り付けられた可撓性さや(3)とを備え、
可撓性ケーブル(2)の少なくとも一部分が形状記憶材料からなり、制御部材を制御するために、形状記憶材料からなる部分は加熱に続いて長さが短くなることができ、
前記さや(3)は、制御部材の動作方向にだけ長手方向に自由に変位することができるように固定支持構造体(103)に対して取り付けられ、
さらに、前記さや(3)は、前述の動作方向の変位を制御部材に直接に伝達することができるように、及び、動作方向と反対方向に移動する場合には制御部材から分離されるように、制御部材に連結され、
アクチュエーターは、機械的伝達要素としてさやを用いる手動動作と、その加熱によって得られる形状記憶ケーブル(2)の形状変化を利用することとの両方によって、使用可能であるようにしたアクチュエーター・デバイスであって、
前記可撓性ケーブルが、ケーブル上にモールド成形され且つ付着したエラストマー/シリコーンまたは合成材料のコーティング(110)を備え、当該コーティング(110)が前記可撓性ケーブル(2)と前記さや(3)との間に配置され、コーティング(110)の弾性戻りと、動作後に形状記憶ケーブルが冷えることをコーティング(110)が加速することとの両方により、形状記憶ケーブルがその休止位置に戻ることを容易にするために、形状記憶ケーブルが作動する時にコーティング(110)が弾性変形することを特徴とするアクチュエーター・デバイス。 - 前記コーティング(110)が、形状記憶ケーブルとの同時押出成形プロセスによって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のアクチュエーター・デバイス。
