Description
Claims (9)
- 圧縮機、特に車両におけるエアコンディショナのための圧縮機であって、ケーシングが設けられており、ケーシング閉鎖蓋が設けられており、軸受けを備えた駆動軸が設けられており、往復運動するピストンのための駆動装置が設けられており、該駆動装置が、駆動軸の回転運動をピストンの往復運動に変換するようになっており、シリンダブロックが設けられており、該シリンダブロック内で、往復運動するピストンが冷媒を吸い込んで圧縮するようになっており、弁装置たとえば吸込弁および吐出弁を備えた弁プレートが設けられており、吸込圧領域および吐出圧領域のための吸込室および吐出室が設けられおり、とりわけ吸込室および吐出室を形成する構成部材、つまりシリンダヘッドと、ケーシング鉢またはケーシング蓋もしくは閉鎖プレートとが、別個の構成ユニットであり、閉鎖プレートまたはケーシング蓋の底部が、弾性変形可能であり、かつ一領域で次のように形成されており、つまり、押圧力をシリンダヘッドに及ぼし、かつシリンダヘッドを閉鎖プレートもしくはケーシング蓋と弁プレートの間で締め付けるように形成されており、特にシリンダヘッドが、弁プレートと閉鎖プレートもしくはケーシング蓋との間の挿入部材として形成されている形式のものにおいて、
シリンダヘッドが、環状に延びる2つのシールウェブを備えており、これらのシールウェブが、弾性的な閉鎖プレートもしくは弾性的なケーシング蓋底部によって弁プレートに押し付けられるようになっていることを特徴とする、圧縮機。 - ケーシング鉢またはケーシング蓋もしくは閉鎖プレートたとえばケーシングが、鋼から製作されており、シリンダヘッドが、アルミニウム材料から製作されている、請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- ケーシングが、主に薄い管から形成されており、ケーシング蓋が、厚い金属板または場合によっては厚い金属板鉢によって形成されている、請求項1記載の圧縮機。
- 閉鎖プレートが、ねじ山付リングによって、シリンダヘッドに押圧されるか、もしくはケーシング管体のねじ山にねじ止めされるようになっている、請求項1または2記載の圧縮機。
- ケーシング閉鎖蓋が、雌ねじ山を備えた鉢状の鋼板部材として形成されている、請求項1または2記載の圧縮機。
- 電磁弁の圧力管が、ケーシング蓋もしくは閉鎖プレートに溶接されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮機。
- ケーシング蓋または閉鎖プレートが、取付装置、たとえばアイ、孔または舌片を備えている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮機。
- 取付の際にねじ込みモーメントを作用させることによって、取付装置が、ケーシング管体にケーシング蓋をねじ止めするのにも役立つ、請求項7項記載の圧縮機。
- 取付装置、たとえばアイ、孔または切片が、鍛造または押出成形の際に一緒に製作されるようになっている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮機。
