Claims (8)
- 軸体(1,2)と、
該軸体(1,2)を包囲し、該軸体の外径よりも大きい内径を有する管状軸受ハウジングと、
該管状軸受ハウジング内で上記軸体に配された固定側の第一ころがり軸受(8)そして自由側の第二ころがり軸受(9)とを有し、
上記第一そして第二ころがり軸受(8,9)が上記軸体上で軸線方向に離間して位置しているスピンドルユニット(100)において、
管状軸受ハウジングが同一の二つの軸受ハウジング半体(3)から成り、各軸受ハウジング半体(3)は半筒状のシェル部材として形成され軸線方向で異なる半径を有し、軸体(1)に近接する軸線方向端部(14,16)を有し、各端部(14,16)には軸受ハウジング半体(3)同士を芯出しかつ耐水性をもたせるように接合する手段(4,5)が設けられ、
軸体(1)は軸線方向で中央部(2)が他部よりも大きい外径に作られており、該中央部は軸線方向で互いに離れた位置に二つの斜端面(2a,2b)を有し、これらの斜端面が管状軸受ハウジングの追加壁部(14,16)に近接してラビリンスシールを形成していることを特徴とする耐水性低摩擦スピンドルユニット。 - 固定側の第一ころがり軸受(8)は、管状軸受ハウジングの内面に設けられた両端のうちの一方の端部(14)と両端の間に位置する追加壁部(15)の間に形成される軸受座(13)で管状軸受ハウジング内の所定位置に保持されていることとする請求項1に記載の耐水性低摩擦スピンドルユニット。
- 自由側ころがり軸受(9)は固定側ころがり軸受のための軸受座(13)に関して軸線方向反対側で管状軸受ハウジングの他の端部(16)の内面に形成された他の追加壁部(16)に対して配置されており、弾性部材(10)が自由側ころがり軸受を上記他の追加壁部(16)へ圧するように設けられていることとする請求項2に記載の耐水性低摩擦スピンドルユニット。
- 管状軸受ハウジングの同一な二つの軸受ハウジング半体(3)は軸線方向に延びる二つの側縁面を有し、一方の側縁面には該側縁面に沿って延びる条溝(4)が形成され、他方の側縁面には該側縁面に沿って延びる突条(5)が設けられ、上記条溝(4)と突条(5)とは互いに適合した形状をなしていて、軸受ハウジング半体(3)が軸体(1,2)と軸受(8,9)を収容した際に、二つの軸受ハウジング半体(3)を密に接合する手段(4,5)を形成していることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちの一つに記載の耐水性
低摩擦スピンドルユニット。 - スピンドルユニット(100)の二つの軸受ハウジング半体(3)は、組立状態で、軸受ハウジング半体(3)の外周面に形成された周溝(12)に配された少なくとも一つ弾性結合部材(11)により保持されていることとする請求項1ないし請求項4のうちの一つに記載の耐水性低摩擦スピンドルユニット。
- 二つの軸受ハウジング半体(3)は射出成形されたプラスチック部材であることとする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちの一つに記載の耐水性低摩擦スピンドルユニット。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちの一つのスピンドルユニット(100)を有し、スピンドルユニット(100)の外周面と釣用リール(20)の内周面に形成された溝(12,21)に受け入れられた弾性ロック部材(11)によってスピンドルユニット(100)が釣用リール内に位置づけられていることを特徴とする釣用リール。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のうちの一つのスピンドルユニット(100)を有し、該スピンドルユニットは風向と風速の少なくとも一方を指示するセンサ手段(35)と風向指示器の少なくとも一方と協働することを特徴とするウィンドゲージ。
