Description
表1に成分を示す鋼を250mm厚のスラブとし表1に示す条件で熱延し、これを酸洗し、さらに表2に示す1次冷延、焼鈍、2次冷延を行い0.30mm厚さの製品板を製造した。
Claims (7)
- 質量%で、C:0.40%以下、Si:0.2〜3.5%、Mn:0.05〜3.0%、P:0.30%以下、S:0.040%以下、Al:2.50%以下、N:0.020%以下を含有し、残部Feおよび不可避的不純物からなり、かつ、鋼材内部にフェライト相以外のFeを主体とする組織としてマルテンサイト相、オーステナイト相、ベイナイト相、パーライト相が1種または2種以上存在し、前記フェライト相以外のFeを主体とする組織が断面観察における面積率で1%以上であり、鋼材内部に存在するフェライト相以外のFeを主体とする組織について断面観察における面積率で、(マルテンサイト相+オーステナイト相+ベイナイト相)/(パーライト相)>4.0であることを特徴とする電磁鋼板。
- 質量%で、さらに、Nb:0.20%以下、Ni:2.5%以下の1種または2種を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁鋼板。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかの項に記載の電磁鋼板を用いて加工されたモーター部品であって、モーター部品として加工された後は、鋼材中のフェライト相以外のFeを主体とする組織が消失するような熱処理を施されていないことを特徴とするモーター部品。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかの項に記載の鋼板を製造する過程において、鋼材の組織制御を目的とした最終の熱処理において750℃から550℃までの冷却速度を20℃/秒以上とすることを特徴とする電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかの項に記載の鋼板を製造する過程において、鋼材の組織制御を目的とした最終の熱処理において550℃から200℃までの冷却速度を20℃/秒以上とすることを特徴とする電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかの項に記載の鋼板を製造する過程において、鋼材の組織制御を目的とした最終の熱処理において550℃以下300℃以上の温度域で30秒以上保持することを特徴とする電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2のいずれかの項に記載の鋼板を製造する過程において、鋼材の組織制御を目的とした最終の熱処理において500℃以下400℃以上の温度域で30秒以上保持することを特徴とする電磁鋼板の製造方法。
