Description
少なくとも1つの板状シートに切欠部を製造する工程、
ハニカム構造体を形成させるためにこの板状シートを積層および/又は巻き付け、その際に、少なくとも1つの板状シートは内部へ延びる少なくとも1つの収納部を形成するように配置する工程、
開口部を備えたジャケット管中にこの板状シートを導入し、その際に、開口部を少なくとも1つの収納部上に少なくとも部分的に重ねる工程、および
板状シート相互のおよび/又はジャケット管との接合技術的な結合を製造する工程。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも部分的に構造化(2)された板状シート(3)を有し、通路(4)が形成さていて、この通路は特に内燃機関の排気ガス用に貫流可能であり、かつハニカム体(1)の内部(5)に延びる、センサ(7)用の少なくとも1つの収納部(6)を有する金属ハニカム体(1)の、次の工程を含む製造方法。
少なくとも1枚の板状シート(3)に、金属シート(3)の構造(2)を形成するに先立って切欠部(8)を製造する工程、
ハニカム構造体(9)を形成するために板状シート(3)を積層および/又は巻き付け、その際内部(5)へ延びる少なくとも1つの収納部(6)が形成されるように、少なくとも1枚の板状シート(3)を配置する工程、
この板状シート(3)を開口部(11)を備えたジャケット管(10)に導入し、その際開口部(11)を少なくとも部分的に少なくとも1つの収納部(6)上に重ねる工程、
および
板状シート(3)相互のおよび/又はジャケット管(10)との結合を製造する工程。 - 収納部(6)をめくら穴の形状に作成する請求項1記載の方法。
- 板状シート(3)が0.03mm未満の厚さ(12)を有する請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 切欠部(8)を打ち抜き加工する請求項1から3の1つに記載の方法。
- 板状シート(3)をまず最初に積層し、引き続きS字状に折り曲げるか又は伸開線状に内部(5)から外側に向かってジャケット管(10)に迄延在するように配置する請求項1から4の1つに記載の方法。
- 切欠部(8)がU字状に構成されている請求項5に記載の方法。
- 隣接する所定の数の板状シート(3)の切欠部(8)がそれぞれに異なる深さ(14)を有する請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 収納部(6)が、少なくとも断面的(18)に積層および/又は巻付けた板状シート(3)が形成する曲線(19)に沿うように構成されており、該収容部(6)内にセンサ(7)が配置される請求項5から7の1つに記載の方法。
