Description
(1)硬度が、45以上90以下である。
(2)挿入時の、挿入孔の深さ方向に平行な挿入孔の内面との間のクリアランスが、0.2mm以上2.6mm以下である。
(3)挿入時の、ハニカム構造体の外面からの出っ張り高さが、0.5mm以上5mm以下である。
(4)上記(挿入孔の深さ方向に平行な)挿入孔の内面と対向する面に、凹みを有する。
Claims (5)
- 挿入孔が形成されたハニカム構造体の強度を測定する方法であって、
次の(1)〜(3)を満たすゴム栓を、前記挿入孔に挿入した状態で強度の測定を行うハニカム構造体の強度測定方法。
(1)硬度が、45以上90以下である。
(2)挿入時の、挿入孔の深さ方向に平行な前記挿入孔の内面との間のクリアランスが、0.2mm以上2.6mm以下である。
(3)挿入時の、ハニカム構造体の外面からの出っ張り高さが、0.5mm以上5mm以下である。 - 前記ゴム栓は、更に次の(4)を満たす請求項1に記載のハニカム構造体の強度測定方法。
(4)前記挿入孔の内面と対向する面に、凹みを有する。 - 前記挿入孔の底の形状が、半球状である請求項1又は2に記載のハニカム構造体の強度測定方法。
- 前記ハニカム構造体は、中心軸に垂直な断面の形状が円又は楕円の直柱体形状を呈し、その直柱体形状のハニカム構造体の周面に、前記挿入孔が形成される請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体の強度測定方法。
- 前記強度が、社団法人自動車技術会発行の自動車規格JASO規格M505−87で規定されるアイソスタティック破壊強度試験によって測定される請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のハニカム構造体の強度測定方法。
