Claims (8)
- 媒体対向面で記録媒体に向き合わせられ、前記媒体対向面内に平坦なベース面を規定するスライダ本体と、前記ベース面上に規定され、前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かって延びるレールと、前記ベース面上に規定され、前記レールの空気流出端から前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かって延びる溝とを備えることを特徴とするヘッドスライダ。
- 請求項1に記載のヘッドスライダにおいて、前記溝の深さは前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かうにつれて増大することを特徴とするヘッドスライダ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のヘッドスライダにおいて、前記レール上に規定される空気軸受け面に前端を臨ませるヘッド素子をさらに備えることを特徴とするヘッドスライダ。
- 記録媒体と、媒体対向面で前記記録媒体に向き合わせられ、前記記録媒体面内に平坦なベース面を規定するヘッドスライダとを備え、前記ヘッドスライダは、前記ベース面上に規定され、前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かって延びるレールと、前記ベース面上に規定され、前記レールの空気流出端から前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かって延びる溝とを備えることを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
- 請求項4に記載の記録媒体駆動装置において、前記記録媒体の静止時に、前記記録媒体から離隔した位置に前記ヘッドスライダを保持するロードアンロード機構をさらに備えることを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
- 請求項5に記載の記録媒体駆動装置において、前記ロードアンロード機構は、前記ヘッドスライダに関連付けられるロード部材と、当該ロード部材を受け止めるランプ部材とを備えることを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
- 請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の記録媒体駆動装置において、前記溝の深さは前記ベース面の空気流出端に向かうにつれて増大することを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の記録媒体駆動装置において、前記レール上に規定される空気軸受け面に前端を臨ませるヘッド素子をさらに備えることを特徴とする記録媒体駆動装置。
