Claims (4)
- 白金系材料からなるガラス溶解槽について、溶融ガラスの液面で生じる金属疲労による破断発生までの余寿命を予測する方法であって、
前記ガラス溶解槽壁面の前記溶解ガラスの液面を跨ぎ、かつ、その間隔が1m以下となる2箇所の測定点を設定し、
設定された前記2箇所の測定点間に交流電流又は極性を交互に変化させた直流電流を印加してその際の抵抗値を測定し、前記抵抗値の変化により余寿命の判断をするガラス溶解槽の余寿命予測方法。 - 白金系材料は、白金、白金-ロジウム合金、白金−金合金、白金−ロジウム−金合金、粒子分散強化型強化白金である請求項1記載のガラス溶解槽の余寿命予測方法。
- 白金系材料からなるガラス溶解槽において、
上下する溶融ガラスの液面を跨ぎ、かつ、その間隔が1m以下となる2箇所の測定点に、金属疲労による余寿命を予測する基準となる抵抗値を測定するためのリードを壁面に備えることを特徴とするガラス溶解槽。 - 白金系材料は、白金、白金-ロジウム合金、白金−金合金、白金−ロジウム−金合金、粒子分散強化型強化白金である請求項3記載のガラス溶解槽。
