この式(1)から明らかなように、座面の面積の大きさとは無関係に、等価直径dmが大きいほど摩擦トルクTの値が大きくなって、座面において滑りが生じ難くなる。

特許請求の範囲の補正に伴い、図5と図6に示す例を参考例とする。
図5に本発明の参考例としての動力伝達機構の要部を示す。第1実施例においてはハブ5の筒状部5cの端面5eに座ぐりによって円環状の切り欠き部7を形成したが、本参考例の特徴は、端面5eの相手方の座面となるスリーブ6の端面6aに円環状の切り欠き部8を設けて空間10を形成した点にある。この場合も第1実施例と同様な作用効果を奏する。

Claims (1)
- 車両のエンジンによってベルトを介して回転駆動されるプーリと、
前記プーリに取り付けられ、中心部に形成された雌螺子によって雄螺子が形成された冷媒圧縮機の回転軸に螺合するハブとを備える動力伝達装置であって、
前記回転軸のうち、先端側の前記雄螺子が形成された部位と、根元側の前記雄螺子が形成されていない部位とを繋ぐテーパ面と、
前記回転軸に圧入され、内周が前記テーパ面と接触するスリーブと、
前記ハブに設けられ、前記雌螺子及び雄螺子の作用によって前記スリーブの先端側端面に押し付けられて前記回転軸回りで摩擦接触する筒状部とを有し、
前記スリーブの先端側端面に前記摩擦接触する、前記筒状部の中心部側には、円環状の切り欠き部が形成されていることを特徴とする動力伝達機構。
