Description
図1は本発明の第1実施形態である電気はんだごて10(はんだ加熱器具)の正面図であり、(a)はこて先側部材20が本体側部材25に保持された状態、(b)はこて先側部材20を本体側部材25から取外した状態を示す。また図2は、図1(a)の部分断面図である。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。図6は、第2実施形態に係るはんだ加熱器具(電気はんだごて30)の正面断面図であり、こて先側部材40を本体側部材45から取外した状態を示す。なお、以下の実施形態において、第1実施形態と同一部分には同一符号を付して示し、その重複説明を省略する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。図7は、第3実施形態に係るはんだ加熱器具(ガス噴出式電気はんだごて50)の正面断面図であり、こて先側部材58が本体側部材59に挿着された状態を示す。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態について説明する。図9は、第4実施形態に係るはんだ加熱器具(電気はんだ吸取りごて60,70)の正面部分断面図である。電気はんだ吸取りごて60,70は、はんだを溶融して吸引し、除去するもので、はんだ吸引管61,71を備えている。
Claims (4)
- 筒状部材の先端に、はんだに直接接触して溶融させるこて先チップが一体に設けられたこて先側部材と、
上記こて先側部材の基端側が挿着され、該こて先側部材を支持する本体側部材とを備え、
上記本体側部材は、概ね円管状のケーシングと、このケーシングの先端外周部に螺着されたナット状部材と、上記本体側部材に対するこて先部材の挿着状態でこて先部材の基端側が嵌挿される位置に、ケーシングの先端面とナット状部材とで挟持されるように設けられたリング状の弾性部材とを有し、
上記ナット状部材が上記弾性部材を押圧するように締め込まれたときには、上記弾性部材が変形して上記こて先側部材の基端側を押し付ける押付け力が増大することにより、上記こて先側部材を強く支持する保持状態となり、
上記ナット状部材が上記弾性部材に対する押圧力を除去するように緩められたときには、上記弾性部材の押付け力が小さくなりこて先部材を弱く支持することにより、上記本体側部材に対する上記こて先側部材の挿脱が可能な解放状態となるように構成されていることを特徴とするはんだ加熱器具。 - 上記ナット状部材には内径側に突出する突起が設けられるとともに、
上記ケーシングには上記突起が嵌り込む規制溝が形成され、
上記ナット状部材を上記ケーシングから離脱させる方向に移動させたとき、所定位置で上記突起が上記規制溝の溝壁に当接して、それ以上の離脱方向への移動を規制するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のはんだ加熱器具。 - 上記弾性部材は弾性体からなるOリングであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のはんだ加熱器具。
- 上記本体側部材に設けられ、不活性ガスを上記本体側部材の内部に導入するガス導入部と、
上記こて先チップの先端付近に設けられ、導入された不活性ガスを噴出するガス噴出部と、
不活性ガスを上記ガス導入部から上記本体側部材の内部及び上記こて先側部材の内部を経由して上記ガス噴出部に導くガス通路とを備え、
上記本体側部材と上記こて先側部材との接続部における上記ガス通路の気密が、上記弾性部材によって保持されるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のはんだ加熱器具。
