Tp:測定者によって決められたプログラム温度

上記供給パワー関数α(Tp)は、あらかじめ実験的に次のように設定される。冷却装置を装着した示差走査熱量計にて前記第二のヒーター13に例えば、50Wの一定パワーを供給し、20℃/minの昇温を行い、そのときの試料温度の最高到達温度例えば400℃を読み取る。次に同様の方法で、上記供給パワーを変化させたときの試料温度最高到達温度を読み取り、第二のヒーターパワーと試料温度最高到達温度との関係を第2図に示すようにグラフ化する。このグラフを関数とすると20のようになる。第二のヒーターが0Wのときサンプルの最高到達温度が300℃となり、300℃以上の温度は第二のヒーターが必要となる。

Claims (5)
- 測定試料と基準物質を収納するヒートシンクと、
前記ヒートシンクを加熱する第一のヒーターと、
前記ヒートシンクの底板に固定されている示差熱流検出器を有する示差走査熱量計において、
冷却機構と、
熱伝導体と、
第二のヒーターと、を備え、
前記冷却機構が前記熱伝導体を介して前記ヒートシンクに間接的に接触して冷却し、
前記第二のヒーターが前記熱伝導体にのみ接触して該熱伝導体を加熱して、該熱伝導体が前記ヒートシンク間にて熱流路となるように構成したこと
を特徴とする示差走査熱量計。 - 前記第二のヒーターパワーは、前記ヒートシンクの温度及び昇温速度によってあらかじめ決められたパワーを供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の示差走査熱量計。
- 前記第二のヒーターパワーは、その出力の増減が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の示差走査熱量計。
- 前記第二のヒーターは、前記第一のヒーターのフィードバック制御が可能な温度範囲であって、かつ、前記第一のヒーターにより可能な試料最高到達温度に到達する前に動作させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の示差走査熱量計。
- 前記熱伝導体はリング状の構造であり、前記第二のヒーターの挿入口を備え、前記第二のヒーターが着脱可能なことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の示差走査熱量計。
