Claims (8)
- 電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置の空気ダクトであって、
電気自動車の外部に開放し、外部の空気を流入する入口と、
複数のバッテリを連結して上部トレイと下部トレイとの間に収容するバッテリトレイと、前記バッテリトレイ内部に空気を供給するための出口と、を備え、
前記空気ダクトの入口と出口とは、前記バッテリトレイと同一な幅を有し、
前記入口は、前記電気自動車の後方に向かい開放し、前記下部トレイの前方壁面に対向するように側面がU字形に形成されていることを特徴とする、空気ダクト。 - 前記空気ダクトの入口にはろ過膜を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気ダクト。
- 前記空気ダクトの下部面には複数の水分排出孔を形成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の空気ダクト。
- 電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置であって、
空気流入通路を底面に有する下部トレイと空気排出通路を有する上部トレイとの間に複数のバッテリが収容されたバッテリトレイと、
入口と出口とが前記バッテリトレイと同一な幅を有し、入口が前記下部トレイの前方壁面に対向するように側面がU字形に形成されて前記電気自動車の後方に向かい開放されて電気自動車の外部の空気を流入し、出口が前記下部トレイの空気流入通路に連結された空気ダクトと、
を含むことを特徴とする、電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置。 - 前記下部トレイは、前方上端に幅方向にのびる突出部を備え、
電気自動車が前方に移動する場合、前方から供給する外部の空気を衝突させて、前記空気ダクトの入口に導入してバッテリトレイに空気を供給することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置。 - 前記空気ダクトの下部面には複数の水分排出孔を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置。
- 前記空気ダクトの入口にはろ過膜を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置。
- 前記上部トレイの前記空気排出通路の出口にファンを備えたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気自動車のバッテリ冷却装置。
