Abstract
【解決手段】制御手段22は、変速機T/Mの変速時、変速のために変速クラッチ3を断する前に、リニアソレノイド弁31を流れる電流が所定のテスト電流値Itとなるのに相当する所定のテスト駆動信号Stを駆動回路Cに入力し、そのときセンサ32によって検出されたリニアソレノイド弁31に実際に流れる実供給電流値Irとテスト電流値Itとの偏差εを求め、その偏差εに基づいて目標駆動信号So群を補正し、補正後の目標駆動信号So群を駆動回路Cに入力して変速クラッチ3を断接制御する。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと変速機との間に介設され、流体圧で作動される変速クラッチを、断接制御する装置であって、
上記変速クラッチに流体圧を供給する配管に設けられ、供給電流値に応じて開度が変更されるリニアソレノイド弁と、入力される駆動信号に応じて上記リニアソレノイド弁に供給する供給電流値を変更する駆動回路と、上記変速クラッチを断接するときに上記駆動回路に入力する目標駆動信号群が記憶された制御手段と、上記リニアソレノイドに流れる実供給電流値を検出するセンサとを備え、
上記制御手段は、上記変速機の変速時、変速のために上記変速クラッチを断する前に、上記リニアソレノイド弁を流れる電流が所定のテスト電流値となるのに相当する所定のテスト駆動信号を上記駆動回路に入力し、そのとき上記センサによって検出された上記リニアソレノイド弁に実際に流れる実供給電流値と上記テスト電流値との偏差を求め、その偏差に基づいて上記目標駆動信号群を補正し、その補正後の目標駆動信号群を用いて上記変速クラッチを断制御し、ギヤ抜きギヤイン後、補正後の目標駆動信号群を用いて上記変速クラッチを接制御する機能を有する
ことを特徴とする変速クラッチの制御装置。 - 上記テスト電流値は、上記変速クラッチが半クラッチとならずに接状態が保たれる電流値に設定された請求項1に記載の変速クラッチの制御装置。
- エンジンと変速機との間に介設され、流体圧で作動される変速クラッチを、断接制御する装置であって、
上記変速クラッチに流体圧を供給する配管に設けられ、供給電流値に応じて開度が変更されるリニアソレノイド弁と、入力される駆動信号に応じて上記リニアソレノイド弁に供給する供給電流値を変更する駆動回路と、上記変速クラッチを断接するときに上記駆動回路に入力する目標駆動信号群が記憶された制御手段と、上記リニアソレノイドに流れる実供給電流値を検出するセンサとを備え、
上記制御手段は、車両の停止中、上記リニアソレノイド弁を流れる電流が所定のテスト電流値となるのに相当する所定のテスト駆動信号を上記駆動回路に入力し、そのとき上記センサによって検出された上記リニアソレノイド弁に実際に流れる実供給電流値と上記テスト電流値との偏差を求め、その偏差に基づいて上記目標駆動信号群を補正し、補正後の目標駆動信号群を用いて上記変速クラッチを断接制御する機能を有する
ことを特徴とする変速クラッチの制御装置。 - 上記テスト電流値は、上記変速クラッチが断状態となる電流値に設定された請求項3に記載の変速クラッチの制御装置。
