Claims (4)
- ガス成分をガス洗浄装置を用いて工業用ガスから洗浄除去するとともに、ガス成分で汚染された洗浄剤を、洗浄後、独立した再生工程内でこれらの成分から再度除去し、その際洗浄剤として、−30℃未満の凝固点と常圧時に275℃未満の沸騰温度を有し、かつ230g/mol未満のモル質量を有するエチレングリコールジメチルエーテルあるいは種々のエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル類の混合物を使用する工業用ガスからガス成分を除去するための方法において、
洗浄装置内におけるガス成分を−20℃から−60℃の温度で洗浄除去することを特徴とする方法。 - モノ−,ジ−,トリ−およびテトラ−エチレングリコールジメチルエーテルあるいはこれらのエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル類から成る混合物を洗浄剤として使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 134g/molから178g/molの平均モル質量を備えたジ−およびトリ−エチレングリコールメチルエーテル、あるいはこれらのエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル類から成る混合物を洗浄剤として使用することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- ガス成分の洗浄除去を−20℃から−40℃の温度で行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
