Description
Claims (8)
- 酸性ガス吸収プロセス内で用いられる物理溶媒中のギ酸塩ベースの熱安定性塩の濃度を低減するためのプロセスであって、ギ酸塩ベースの熱安定性塩を含む物理溶媒とギ酸を二酸化炭素および水素に変換する反応を行うことができる金属系触媒とを化学溶媒の不在下で接触させるステップを含み、前記物理溶媒がメタノール、1つまたは複数のポリエチレングリコールのジアルキルエーテル、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン、プロピレンカーボネート、N−アセチルモルホリンとN−ホルミルモルホリンのブレンド、または1,3−ジメチル−3,4,5,6−テトラヒドロ−2(1H)−ピリミジノン(DMTP)のうちの1つまたは複数である、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属系触媒が、パラジウム、亜鉛、白金、ニッケル、もしくはロジウム、および/または、これらの塩、および/または、これらの酸化物を含む、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属系触媒が有機金属化合物である、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属系触媒が不活性材料上に担持されている、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属系触媒が、パラジウムブラック、Pd/C、Pd(OH)2/C、Pd/AlPO4、Pd/AlPO4−SiO2、Pd/AlPO4−Al2O3、Pd−ポリ(エチレンイミン)、Pd/セピオライト、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択される、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、金属系触媒が1分当たりの溶媒のガロン数に対して2.5から250グラムの触媒量だけ存在する、プロセス。
- 請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、溶媒の温度が金属系触媒と接触しているとき、0℃から200℃である、プロセス。
- 上部および底部を備えた吸収装置、高圧フラッシュタンク、低圧フラッシュタンク、および熱交換器を含む請求項1に記載のプロセスであって、物理溶媒には流体の流れからの溶存汚染物質および/または共吸収された生成ガスが含まれ、
i.前記物理溶媒は、前記吸収装置の底部から出て来て、
ii.前記物理溶媒は、溶存ガス汚染物質および前記共吸収された生成ガスの一部が前記物理溶媒から脱着する高圧フラッシュタンクを通り、再循環して前記吸収装置に戻るか、または排出することができる酸性ガス流として前記高圧フラッシュタンクから出て来て、
iii.前記物理溶媒は、残留する溶存汚染物質および共吸収された生成ガスの大部分が前記物理溶媒から脱着し、再生された溶媒を生成する排出ガスとして低圧フラッシュタンクから放出される前記低圧フラッシュタンクを通り、
iv.前記再生された溶媒を、ギ酸塩ベースの安定性塩が低減した再生された溶媒を生成する金属系触媒と接触させ、
v.前記ギ酸塩ベースの安定性塩が低減した再生された溶媒が、前記熱交換器を通って前記吸収装置の上部へ戻る、プロセス。
