Description
約60重量%の三水和アルミニウムを、表1に示した成分a〜fと27〜29℃の温度で混合した。1分間の混合後、約0.3pphの水(シロップの重量に基づいて)を混合物に加えた。混合物を、ポンプおよび好適な蒸気凝縮トラップを用いて、真空下(24〜25Hg)で排気した。3 1/2分および4 1/2分の排気で、少量の水酸化カルシウムおよびエチレングリコールジメルカプトアセテート(GDMA)をシリンジで加えた。全体の混合と排気の5分後、混合物を正方形の容器に注いで、厚さ約1/2インチの層を形成し、硬化させた。
Claims (7)
- アクリル樹脂と、材料の総重量に基づいて20〜75重量%のフィラーと、材料の総重量に基づいて0.1〜30重量%の合成マイカとを含み、前記合成マイカは合成フルオロ金雲母であることを特徴とする高充填アクリル固体表面シート材料。
- 前記アクリル樹脂がポリメチルメタクリレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記合成マイカが、材料の総重量に基づいて0.1〜5重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記フィラーが、材料の総重量に基づいて30〜67重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の材料。
- 前記フィラーが三水和アルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の材料。
- 前記フルオロ金雲母がKMg3(AlSi3O10)F2であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の材料。
- ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂と、材料の総重量に基づいて30〜67重量%の三水和アルミニウムと、材料の総重量に基づいて0.1〜5重量%の合成フルオロ金雲母マイカとを含むことを特徴とする高充填アクリル固体表面シート材料。
